Hotel Torino

Hotel bien placé, accueil sympa par la réception, un peu moins par la dame d'entretiens. Chaleur étouffante fans la chambre et impossible de gérer. Petit déjeuner sans buffet c'est dommage et mauvais café, ce n'est qu'un avis . Ça reste sympa .

Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo, hotel centrale ma non troppo, camere molto carine in tipico stile veneziano, ambiente perfettamente riscaldato, personale gentile, bagno piccolo ma completo del necessario…buona la colazione Consigliato

Cuando llegamos fue a la 1 AM y un sr fumando afuera nos dijo que fumaba elultimo pitillo y se iba (!!) Nos dio na habitacion cuya cama estaba contra la pared ,de 2 plazas pero era tan chica que no podiamos abrir las valijas .Al otro diapedimos el cambio de habitacion y nos cambiaron a una habitacion cuyo piso estaba inclinado..... la ubicacion de lo mejor La limpieza y el desayuno muy bueno.Y los recepcionistas de la mañana muy agradables.

Ma fille est venue dans cet hôtel en Juin. Elle y a trouvé des punaises de lit. Vacances gâchée avec des piqûres et la hantise de les ramener à la maison. Tout désinfecté, racheter une valise ...et partir en catastrophe au bout de 2 nuits. Lastminute.com lui a remboursé les 4 nuits, mais l'hôtel n'a rien voulu faire. A fuir.

das ganze Haus ist sehr abgewohnt, Frühstück sehr bescheiden, vieles abgepackt. Der Frühstücksraum sehr beengt, nur. 1 Servierkraft vorhanden. Eigentlich müsste es ein 2* Hotel sein. Wir können uns nicht vorstellen ein zweites mal zu kommen. Einzig die Lage des Hauses in der Nähe des Marcus Platzes ist in Ordnung

Struttura pienamente in stile veneziano, molto bello direi. Camere abbastanza spaziose, bagno leggermente piccolo ma confortevole lo stesso. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho usufruito della prima colazione, buona. Posizione perfetta, vicino al centro ma non troppo. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

The hotel has a great location, close to San Marcos square. It was me, my husband and my 9 year old son, we checked in in the morning, we went up to the room to leave our bags and we were already disappointed with the room, everything was very old, so we went out to walk around Venice and the attendant asked us to leave the key. at the reception, ok, we left it, when we came back there was no one to answer and give us back the room key, we spent approximately 40 minutes waiting for someone, my son had to wait to use the bathroom, when someone arrived it wasn't the same attendant from the morning, we asked key in Spanish and the attendant was super rude, stupid and ignorant to us in front of other people, saying that they didn't speak Spanish there, only English, whereas in the hotel description it says that they speak French, English, SPANISH....and that our key wasn't there and he didn't understand why we left the key, my son got very nervous, cried and asked us to leave the place. Anyway…. Terrible service, we only stayed at the hotel, if it can be called a hotel because we were only staying one night. Worst experience I've had in a hotel... We don't need to be treated with disrespect, Venice has many hotels that want to welcome their guests with respect, warmth and dignity. A place that is open to receive the public and doesn't know how to do so should close. Run away from this place if you don't want to experience stress. DON'T STAY IN THIS PLACE.
