I think it feels like a guest house because I was in a hurry to book a room that day. The single room is small and old. Don't have any expectations about the facilities.

super satisfied! ! ! The exterior of the hotel is antique, and the interior is even more classical and luxurious! There are ceiling murals in the room to experience the life of ancient nobles. All kinds of facilities are also very complete, including slippers, kettles, bathtubs, etc., which are not so complete in many four-star hotels. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the bedding is comfortable. I really recommend this hotel

Excellent location and convenient to reach all the main points of interest. Staff friendly and always available. Room above expectations and rich breakfast buffet. To be taken into consideration for a future return to Venice

It's a little far from the tourist center of Venice, but it's still within walking distance.
The room was clean and the hot water was good. The heating worked well, but was a little difficult to adjust.
Also, when I asked if it was possible to use the microwave oven, they were very kind and helpful.

We would recommend the hotel in every respect: the rooms are a bit small (normal for Venice), but they are very nicely furnished and modern. The reception is extremely friendly and accommodating (our request to change rooms was granted the next day), helpful with tips and events and always open to all requests. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need for a good start to the day and is very extensive compared to other hotels (we have been to Venice several times). The service and friendliness are excellent. The location of the hotel in Dorsoduro spares you from massive tourist crowds, but is still very close to the center and the public water buses. We stayed there for five nights and were completely satisfied.

Amazing hotel , perfect position in Venice from coach stop 11 mins walk , quaint and beautiful setting next to canal , room view was amazing , rooms lovely , room service impressive clean towels every day , breakfast perfect, staff perfect , set us up croissants and tea at 6.30am for our check out ( they offered ) highly recommended can’t fault it .
