Umberto is the absolute best. He is extremely timely in his responses, knowledgeable about the area, and went above and beyond to help us when we had scheduling issues. He provided exceptional maps and information about the area. I definitely look forward to working with Umberto again if I ever get the chance to get to Venice in the future.

Konum harikaydı çok merkezi ve odalar temizdi. Sadece Venedik'in doğal havası ve coğrafi konumu dikkate alındığında çok az bir rutubet kokusu vardı ama rahatsız edici değildi. Reception'dakiler ilgiliydi. Sadace oda kiralamıza rağmen sabahları 08:00-10.00 saatleri arasında kurabiye ve kahve ikramları varmış. Kurabiyeler ve kahve harikaydı gerçekten. Tekrar gittiğimde tekrar tekrar konaklayabilirim süper bir deneyimdi. Teşekkürederiz.

We really enjoyed our stay at San Lio. Umberto was a great host and he provided us with loads of restaurants which were hidden gems and they did not disappoint. The room was nice and our window opened out onto the street. Location is great as it is right in the centre of everything. It is quite hard to find as it is just a door down a tight street. We got a couple croissants at breakfast and coffee which was a nice touch.

Hotel com boa localização, apenas.
Ao chegar ao quarto do hotel, o mesmo se encontrava extremamente quente, e ao solicitar informações sobre como ligaria o Ar Condicionado (já que isto é um serviço ofertado no quarto no anúncio), o recepcionista disse que deveria abrir as janelas pois estava com 15-16 graus e o aquecedor estaria ligado ao invés do AC e o mesmo era central.Ao abrir a janela entraram diversos mosquitos no quarto ( novamente o recepcionista disse-me para lugar o vaporizador antimosquito) que não funcionou pois continuou com mosquitos até fechar a janela e voltar para o calor.
Ao argumentar que essa informação de que o ar condicionado era central e que o quarto estaria quente, o mesmo disse que eu poderia sair com cancelamento grátis, porém eram 21h, e ele simplesmente disse que pra ele tanto fazia nossa presença ou não lá de uma forma EXTREMAMENTE ARROGANTE! Dormimos duas noites péssimas.
Não vejo problema em ligar o aquecedor, mas deve ser anunciado nos sites de reserva, para que se você quiser o quarto mais gelado, você não terá. Cordialidade zero!

Un posto splendido per passare qualche giorno a Venezia. Posizione ottima tra San Marco e Rialto, gestore gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni informazione. Arredamento stile veneziano classico. Forse un po' rumoroso perché affaccia su una calle con il retro dei negozi... Non adatto a chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione per via delle scale di ingresso. Consiglio di prenotare per tempo. Ci tornerò di sicuro!

This is an excellent location. It is so central and good value for money. The host/manager is incredibly helpful. He couldn’t do enough for us to help us. We got a lovely little breakfast every morning. Warm croissants with a choice of spreads. Otherwise, we were able to do our own thing and come and go as we please. We were so close to everything and would definitely recommend this to friends ….. especially if mainly an active break where you’re looking for a central & clean room and a comfortable sleep at night (not if looking for an experience hotel where you’d be in your bedroom a lot). It’s kind of halfway between Rialto Bridge and St.Mark’s Square. Ten mins to each. It is surrounded by great shops and restaurants. There isn’t a sound during the night so you’ll sleep well while in beautiful Venice 🥰

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico week-end a Venezia e abbiamo scelto San Lio Tourist House per la posizione centrale e l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, Al nostro arrivo il Sig. Umberto ha giocato il jolly offrendoci un upgrade senza alcun supplemento nella depandance deluxe dell'hotel: 50 mq divisi in 3 stanze finemente arredate e ristrutturate e un bellissimo bagno con finiture in marmo e letto comodissimo. E' stato un vero peccato trascorrerci solo una notte!

Accoglienza voto 10!!! Camere molto pulite, massima disponibilità da parte del proprietario... Ottima la posizione in cui si trova, a pochi centinaia di metri da piazza san Marco Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

I had this trip booked in 2019 for April 2020 and then COVID hit. I had a non refundable room and Umberto had no problem giving me a voucher to use within the next year. I then booked again for April 2021. My flights got cancelled from Dublin and we weren’t allowed leave Ireland for non essential travel. Again, Umberto had no problem letting me rebook my dates for September 2021. He was fantastic and the communication was great. He even sent a list of the best ways to get to and from the airports. We arrived on Saturday and he was so welcoming. We booked the deluxe suite so we were staying just 1 min from the hotel. Our suite was fabulous! It was absolutely spotless and so modern. We arrived to a fabulous bottle of Prosecco. The location is perfect, 3 mins walk to Rialto Bridge. We will most definitely be staying here again when we return to Venice. Thanks to Umberto for a fantastic stay
