If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never had an experience so horrible with a hotel. They have horrible customer service and are not accommodating at all. My flight got changed last minute and we were arriving after check in time. I contacted the hotel before arrival asking to pick up the keys somewhere else or if we could pick it up at a later time and they were not accommodating at all. Now I’m left with nowhere to stay for the night and even if we check in there the next day we’re left walking around Venice with all our luggage for the day. I’m very unhappy about this experience and the lack of hospitality shown by this hotel. Do not book with them!!!
