The only positive note, the lady of the staff, very kind and helpful. I can't save anything else. The area is very beautiful, full of locals and not crowded. But really, the rooms are small and maintenance is non existent.

The apartment is located in a very nice area of Venice and populated by residents the apartment is very comfortable and the room we had taken was perfect with its air conditioner the view was also very beautiful and everything I would say really perfect
