還不錯，離威尼斯城火車站稍微遠了一點，喜歡走的朋友很合適，離威尼斯那個老橋很近，離馬克廣場也不遠。從火車站不願意走的，可以乘船TAXI。幾分鐘。

酒店服務很熱情，酒店的位置也很好，如果您帶孩子入住請慎重選擇，衞生間的設施非常不好，地板是發黴的，傢俱陳舊，這樣的房間應該在淡季及時改進並不應該出現在客人的選擇內！

朝早くチェックアウトするとフロントに伝えるとテイクアウトの朝食を用意してもらえたのでとてもよかったが、
部屋はあまり綺麗でなく、お風呂に入ると下水の臭いがして臭かった。
ドライヤーもすぐ使えなくなるものが備え付けられているのでフロントへ連絡してドライヤーを貸してもらったほうがいいと思う。
