What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps.

They should warn us about the 3 sets of stairs to get to our room. However, they were very helpful in getting our luggage up to the room. The wallpaper was dark blue. Would be a brighter room if the wallpaper was a light color. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. The location was perfect for touring the City of Venice.

The hotel is fine for value and location. It is just a few steps from San Marco square. Nice bed and shower and Mr Luciano very helpful and kind. Large windows that let Venice into the room. Simple checkin. A good option.

The excellent location, right in front of Piazza San Marco, compensated us for the inconvenience of changing the hotel we had booked (Bella Venezia). I must admit that despite this mix-up Luciano proved to be very helpful and kind, and above all Giò, the very nice girl who prepared breakfast for us, did everything to make us feel truly at home! The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom needs some updating. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I booked the room as a surprise gift for my fiancée for her birthday and you should have seen her face when we stopped exactly 6 paces from piazza san marco! Staff 10/10! Not only for the kindness in the welcome, the availability at all times by telephone and/or directly whatsapp and the very useful information provided to us about Venice etc. But Luciano, when I made a mistake in booking the dates due to my haste, he immediately reassured me that we would find a way to organize ourselves and he moved my reservation to the correct dates, however finding the room with a view that had just been renovated and therefore not available until just before, what can I say ... excellent place, excellent staff and the view remains priceless! ! We will definitely be back!
