Wow what a place! Old world charm and great location combined. Tougher walk then expected with luggage from th bus station but we got there. Room was just what we wanted/needed. Location was close to all the sites. They offered a free boat to Murano but it involves. Required factory tour— we did it and had no complaints as the boat ride was amazing! Check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating!

サービスや清潔さ、豪華さ、アメニティに関しては非常に良いですが、建物が古いです。そのため、コンセントが少なかったり水道が回すタイプだったり少し不便に感じる部分があります。エリアは静かなエリアで、時間を問わず騒音を感じることはなく、水上バスの駅の目の前なのでアクセスも申し分ないです。ただ、近くで買い物などは期待できません。

Amazing week yet again at the Palazzo. We visit Venice on an annual pilgrimage and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The location is spectacular, the rooms superb and the staff the best. Looking forward to next year already! We strongly recommend this hotel (though not too strongly just in case it gets too busy!).

Palazzo Stern e’ un palazzo storico pieno di fascino. Restaurato con estrema cura e ricco di dettagli dal fascino senza tempo. Il servizio è attento e impeccabile, cena e colazione sono squisite, servite con eleganza e attenzione. Comodo da raggiungere e per potersi muovere a Venezia. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento per i prossimi soggiorni a Venezia. Assolutamente da consigliare

We have stayed here many times before & it never disappoints.fantastic staff-lovely room & ,as always the best terrace on the Grand Canal We shall definitely be going back - as a couple or friends/family Dorsoduro is a quieter more ‘local’ feeling area with great restaurants

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location. Spectacular service. Nice local restaurants around. Super nice rooms. Water Bus stop right at the hotel. If you go to venice… check this hotel. Our experience was very nice and would consider to stay again.

This is an amazing hotel right on the grand canal with beautiful rooms and great service including turn down. There is a vaporetto stop only a few feet away so getting around was a breeze.

Bel hotel situé dans un superbe palazzo typiquement venitien à la decoration typique. Le vaporetto est au bas de l’hotel qui se situe à 5 minutes du pont de l’Accademia et 10 minutes de Piazza San Marco. Breakfast inclus avec un grand choix. Staff aimable et accueillant. Le seul bémol serait la chambre dont les fenêtres étaient si hautes, qu’on ne voyait pas la couleur du ciel. Au moment de la réservation, bien lire la description de la chambre

Wonderful hotel - nice rooms, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a great location (just next to a Vaparetto stop, and also close to some lovely bars and restaurants). Whenever we needed a recommendation for how to get somewhere, or a restaurant in a specific area, the front desk staff had great recommendations. I will be returning!
