Un hotel muy bonito, de estilo veneciano, maravillosamente ubicado junto a un canal y a una de las zonas más céntricas, junto al palacio de Rialto.
Muy limpio, la única pega el desayuno, algo escaso y poco variado.

The location in the Cannaregio district of Venice is very good far less crowded with tourists. The hotel is charming - we had a comfortable room. The staff are wonderful - helpful and friendly. The managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. We would walk out to breakfast and they would greet us by name. 😊 We added on the breakfast both mornings and it was lovely, and they make great cappuccinos. The room was quiet and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable! Plenty of very good places to eat within a short walk. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Venice and I would highly recommend to friends!!

Hôtel charmant dont certaines chambres sont petites et donnant sur une rue très étroite. Salle de réception très agréable avec boissons chaudes offertes à toute heure. Personnel très aimable. Ambiance très familiale.
Le quartier est très authentique.

Service, room, cleanliness, breakfast was very good. But there were no slippers in the rooms and the air conditioning did not heat very well. The staff was very smooth, the location of the hotel was close to everywhere. Thank you

La estancia fue super comoda, muy amena, calida y agradable. Te reciben con una sonrisa y con una gran actitud, la calefaccion de las habitaciones en invierno son buenisimas, el desayuno es riquisimo y con un gran servicio por parte del personal.
Si llego a regresar a Venecia sin duda volveria a reservar en este hotel.

First time in Venice and this hotel and it’s staff made the visit even more memorable. Perfect location for all the main attractions, ideally situated for bars and restaurants. It was perfect in every way. The hotel reception staff (sorry didn’t get both gentlemen’s names!) were so friendly and accommodating. Lovely little upgrade thrown in too (thank you so much) . I would highly recommend staying here, it is perfect!
