A very beautiful hotel, Venetian style, wonderfully located next to a canal and one of the most central areas, next to the Rialto Palace.
Very clean, the only drawback is the breakfast, somewhat scarce and not very varied.

The location in the Cannaregio district of Venice is very good far less crowded with tourists. The hotel is charming - we had a comfortable room. The staff are wonderful - helpful and friendly. The managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Charming hotel, some rooms are small and overlooking a very narrow street. Very pleasant reception room with hot drinks offered at all times. Very friendly staff. Very family a**osphere.
The neighborhood is very authentic.

The stay was super comfortable, very pleasant, warm and pleasant. They welcome you with a smile and a great attitude, the heating in the rooms in winter is great, the breakfast is delicious and with great service from the staff.
If I ever return to Venice I would definitely book at this hotel again.

First time in Venice and this hotel and it’s staff made the visit even more memorable. Perfect location for all the main attractions, ideally situated for bars and restaurants. It was perfect in every way. The hotel reception staff (sorry didn’t get both gentlemen’s names!) were so friendly and accommodating. Lovely little upgrade thrown in too (thank you so much) . I would highly recommend staying here, it is perfect!

This property was perfect and am gonna come back and would like to stay here. The only problem is venezia doesn’t have nice transportation so to reach hotel you have to cross three bright with lots of stairs.
