Small hotel at a great location but not crowded with tourists. We got some great recommendations from Rocco at the reception for good restaurants and museums nearby. The shady large garden is a true gem.

Awesome hotel with great service, clean and comfy room. Close to everything for really but off the tourist path so it is very quiet. Nice staff.

The hotel is clean and tidy. It's really well placed for exploring the city. We were given room 3. While spacious was actually outside the hotel and was noisy between 0700 and 0830 every weekday morning due to bin collection. Even with the windows closed. No air-conditioning allowed until May, meant I found the room hotter than a vacation on Mount fujiyama, currently. Still, the staff in general were extremely helpful and professional. All their recommendations for food were fantastic. Don't judge the quality of a restaurant by its appearance or location, some of the best are in the back streets around the corner. As for Venice, do you research before you come, accept the cost is high, there is a bit of a smell and embrace the once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Venice.

Hotel nel sestiere di Castello, in una zona tranquilla e appartata dal caos turistico. Bel palazzo storico, con uno stupendo giardino interno. La nostra camera, affacciata sul giardino, era piccola ma comoda, pulita, e molto tranquilla. Letto comodo, e bello anche il bagno, di grandezza più che sufficiente. Ottima colazione e personale molto gentile.
