Hotel Nazionale

本人在威尼斯每天旅遊完畢，帶著歡天喜地的心情回酒店，一進入房間整個人好像是從天堂掉下來，房間小得像一個盒子，洗手間細到使人驚訝，不像是給人使用，而是用來氣弄人！我這二十多天的行程，不論酒店、機票加景點入場卷，都是選擇貴公司代訂，我對你們是信任的，不過這酒店房間是貴公司代我選擇的！我對貴公司的專業有所懷疑，我希望貴公司能做大做強，而不是虛有其表！ 貴公司會不會看客人的評價？又會不會跟進改善？我是抱著疑問的心情！最後請原諒我的直言！

房間真的不太行，但工作人員挺好的。以及攜程某些客服極差極差極差，特別是投訴客服們。

The location is quite good, as it is about a 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station on a flat road. You have to climb stairs to get to the hotel front desk, so it may be a bit difficult for people with heavy luggage. The room was on the first floor, but it was a hassle to go up and down the stairs. You have to pay city tax when you check in. When you go out, you have to leave your key at the front desk, and your passport is taken when you first check in. After leaving your luggage in the room, you can leave your key at the front desk when you go out and they will return your passport in exchange for the key. There was an incident where I was shown to a room where someone was already staying, but the staff responded quickly and were very nice. Just to let you know, the shower has no partition and the toilet gets wet.

The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the room is too small. There are more than 20 steps up from the door to the front desk. It takes a lot of effort to lift a large suitcase. The hotel's elevator is also too small (you can only know how small it is after using it).

Clean bathroom but little pressure in the shower and hairdryer not very usable
