The are only bed and wifi. No other amenities such as refrigerator or water boiler. It is necessary to climb up stairs to go to reception which is in first floor. The hotel has two buildings. Our room is located in 2nd floor of the other building. The staff helped to bring one suitcase and my son bring another one. The booking confirmation email said that check out time is before 12:00. However, the clean up staff knocked our door twice in 9:00 and 10:00 again even though we have put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. In around 10:30, the staff phone to room and said the check out time is 10:30. I told him the confirmation email said that the check out time is 12:00. Finally, we can still stay till 12:00. The communication is not clear.

房間超級小，蓋的是毯子。從大門進去幾十級台階，提着箱子一點都不方便。唯一的優點就是在島上，離火車站近。

本人在威尼斯每天旅遊完畢，帶著歡天喜地的心情回酒店，一進入房間整個人好像是從天堂掉下來，房間小得像一個盒子，洗手間細到使人驚訝，不像是給人使用，而是用來氣弄人！我這二十多天的行程，不論酒店、機票加景點入場卷，都是選擇貴公司代訂，我對你們是信任的，不過這酒店房間是貴公司代我選擇的！我對貴公司的專業有所懷疑，我希望貴公司能做大做強，而不是虛有其表！
貴公司會不會看客人的評價？又會不會跟進改善？我是抱著疑問的心情！最後請原諒我的直言！

サンタルチア駅から平坦な道のりで徒歩5分くらいでアクセスできるので立地はかなり良い。ホテルのフロントへは階段を登らなければならず重い荷物を持っている人は少し大変だと思う。部屋は一階だったが階段を上がったり下がったりしなければならず面倒だった。チェックインのときに都市税の支払い。外出時は鍵をフロントに預けなければならず、最初のチェックインのときにパスポートを取られて、部屋に荷物を置いた後、外出時にフロントに鍵を預けることで鍵と交換でパスポートを返してもらえる。既に誰かが泊まっている部屋に案内されるハプニングはあったがすぐに対応してくれてスタッフの感じは良かった。シャワーは仕切りがなくトイレもビチョビチョになるので参考までに。

They cheated us showing on web site 2 rooms adjacent for 4 people charge for 4 people I. 1 room 2 couples 4 adults
So when asked that we go 2 people for different hotel they took tax for all of us.
We went to near by much better hotel for less price good behavior.
They even called us to vacate room by 1030 am

The entrance has stairs leading to the lobby on the first floor and no lift. So you will need to carry your luggage up. The corridor also has some steps.
Room is okay. Location is very good as it is close to the train station and you can reach the hotel without any steps or bridge.

I was allocated to another hotel with the same hotel name, I thought the hotel has tower I and tower II, anyway, my room was quiet as it was faced the inner house which was fine for me. The only issue was it took almost 4 to 5 mins to have hot water when taken shower which was no good, specially on March still at the cold weather.
