The room was really not that good, but the staff was nice. And some of Ctrip’s customer service is extremely poor, especially those who complained about it.

The location is quite good, as it is about a 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station on a flat road. You have to climb stairs to get to the hotel front desk, so it may be a bit difficult for people with heavy luggage. The room was on the first floor, but it was a hassle to go up and down the stairs. You have to pay city tax when you check in. When you go out, you have to leave your key at the front desk, and your passport is taken when you first check in. After leaving your luggage in the room, you can leave your key at the front desk when you go out and they will return your passport in exchange for the key. There was an incident where I was shown to a room where someone was already staying, but the staff responded quickly and were very nice.
