We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The welcome was very warm. The receptionist spoke French and oriented us well. The room (junior suite) was very clean and well equipped. the breakfast was excellent. The location of this hotel is ideal: St. Mark's Square 5 minutes away and vaporetto stop 3 minutes away. In short, we were delighted with our stay.

Nice hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast. However our stay was ruined by the outside noise which you can hear due to the single glazed windows. We stayed in room 101 which is off a communal area which is great until you want to sleep. The room has a wafer thin door which allows you to hear every word spoken in the communal area, which isn’t great when you are trying to get to sleep. Try to avoid room off communal area. Apart from the noise a nice hotel.

Fantastic little hotel in a great location with really helpful friendly staff. A bit of confusion at the start as you check in at the hotel next door (where you also have breakfast), but by the time we left a notice had been put at the entrance to explain this. Great large clean room with a veiw of the canal. We are already planning to stay here again

Could not get the room cool enough for my liking so our sleep was disrupted every night. I believe this is vital to the guests ( as sleep is so important when touring).Twice, water leaked out from the shower (poor design) and onto the floor of the main room. Small quarters required one of our suitcases to remain on the floor ( and as a result) got my suitcase/clothes wet. (Something managment was aware of and didnt mention). The Staff was adequet and at times, fielded many guests in a VERY small lobby. They did a good job at thisThey answered most questions and were quick ( and patient)when recommending acti in Venice ( although they could better study the local restaurants. As a chef I was somewhat disappointed). The room itself was satisfactory with the upstair sitting room exceptional offering a large space, beautifully decorated and inviting.Though I had only juice ( at breakfast) it seemed to have many options and offerings. The whole property itself was clean and well kept. The proximity of the property was the " gold star" for this property. Very central to shopping, transportation and St Marks square. Restaurants, gelato, retail, gondolas, and Venice history just steps away. I believe this property can provide a pleasant stay with reasonable pricing. ( although be aware. When I checked in I asked if breakfast was included. The staff said yes. When I checked out I found this, indeed, was NOT the case, costing me a about 100 Euros when checking out for a 3 night stay).

To be honest, we weren’t planning on going to Italy at all. Our route lay through Slovenia. Ljubljana and the seaside resort of Portorož. But looking at the map and discovering that Venice is 150 km away, the decision to go here came naturally. We ordered a taxi to the railway station in the Italian city of Trieste - a 40-minute drive from the hotel to Portoroz and there by train for about 2 hours to the central station of Venice - Santa Lucia. Venice shocked me from the very first seconds. There are just too many people. We chose the hotel as close as possible to San Marco Square. We looked at many hotels. In the end, we didn’t order this and regretted it. So. Santa Lucia train station. In principle, the walk from the station is about 20 minutes. but we have suitcases. And there are a lot of bridges and people along the road. There are several options. Water taxi - 60 euros straight to the hotel. Foot taxi - men with a cart carry your things and you walk quietly for 10 euros per kilometer. We chose the 3rd option and the most successful one - vaporeto. There is a pier and 2 lines with a route right opposite the station. You can buy a ticket from a machine, about 10 euros. We had to go 2 stops to San Marco. But somehow we missed it and ended up making a full circle for almost an hour through all the big canals. We sat both inside and outside and took videos and photos and it turned out to be just an amazing excursion!! And here we are at San Marco. It's about 5 minutes to the hotel with suitcases. The hotel has 2 buildings. In one there is a reception and a restaurant for breakfast, and there is an elevator. secondly, where we were settled - right next door. The building is old. Entry is by key only. No strangers! There is no elevator. 2 floors. It feels like we are the only guests. Big room. Huge and very comfortable bed. Huge closet. Mini bar. Great bathroom. And lo and behold, the air conditioner is working and cooling. It was hot in Europe on our trip and this was the first hotel that actually had air conditioning. Special thanks for this!!! Breakfast is quite decent. We actually booked a room without breakfast because it was a night flight. But after the first night we came down to look and everything suited us. There is everything you need. And hot and cold and pastries and good coffee, which is brewed and brought by the waiters. There are fruits. Good jams. juices Below the windows is a canal with gondolas. And opera arias and just singing, we just heard enough. It was very interesting. By the way, the soundproofing in the room is excellent. No chants when the windows are closed. There are many restaurants right next to the hotel. I don’t know if it’s worth going there or what. We booked tables in advance from home and never regretted it. We stayed in Venice and, accordingly, at the hotel for 2 days and a night and a half. The hotel is right in the middle of it all. I fell in love with this magical city. Walk, walk and walk again!!! The return flight was at 5 am. And it turned out that Marco Polo airport is generally closed at night until 4 am. The water taxi service starts at 3 am. prices here mom don't worry. We were offered 150 euros or more. As a result, I found a website (so as not to be considered an advertisement, I write in Russian letters) get e guide. There, for about 30 euros per person, you can order a water taxi - a small boat. The only negative is

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Stayed for 6 nights. Only bummer was that the room DID NOT have bathtubs even though the picture and description said they do. They said they has recently updated the rooms, but hadn't updated the pics yet?? Seemed like a bit of false advertising unfortunately. We had specifically chosen this hotel as we wanted to have a bathtub since we were staying for 6 nights. At the very least we feel a discount of some sort should have been offered, or free breakfast or something. Nothing was offered. We didn't have time to try to find another hotel unfortunately.

We stayed at the Priuli for three nights, and location wise, it was a great choice. The hotel is only minutes away from all the big ticket landmarks, there’s also a ***** of restaurants right outside the door. So food and drink was never far away (but is it ever in Venice?) The rooms are styled in an old school Venetian way, which we really enjoyed. It’s small but my favourite aspect of the room was that beside the bed was both a USB-A and a USB-C charging port. What I didn’t like about the hotel though was that I am sure the air con doesn’t work. The entire building felt warm the entire time, no matter how we changed the air con settings, nothing lowered the temp. I notified the front desk, and they said they would send a technician to look into it, but nothing changed. Also, I am used to there being a kettle/tea bags/instant coffee station in every hotel room. But the Priuli don’t offer this, and when I requested a kettle and some coffee they sent up both a kettle, and a large pot of hot coffee.
