We had a wonderful time here. The location isn't far from the Rialto water bus, which worked well for us traveling by train. The view from the room was stunning. Staff were all so incredibly nice. We had a few problems, but everyone was always so courteous. The air has to be turned on by them as they flip a breaker and you don't get air unless it's properly warm. This is frustrating, but seems to be a European thing. We've seen this in many countries. The breakfast was the best buffet we've had in Europe. So many tasty options and delicous coffee. When we had to leave early to catch our train, they even made us each a to go back of snacks. That little extra mile. The location is great. You're close to restaurants & markets. St Mark's Basilica, Doge Palace, & St Mark's Square are a quick walk from the hotel, which is nice.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a pochi passi da piazza San Marco con la nostra cagnolina Ariel. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la posizione per la camera e per la colazione. Inoltre vogliamo ringraziare i proprietari per come hanno accettato la nostra golden Ariel ( cuccia e ciotole in camera) Stra consigliato!

Localização ótima, perto da praça San Marco e muito fácil para quem chega de vaporeto . O quarto ficava no quarto andar, muito degraus de escada. Tive ajuda para subir e descer com a mala. O quarto muito pequeno e o banheiro também. Café da manhã muito bom, mais se o hotel está cheio tem que aguardar ser chamado para sentar.

This is a family owned hotel that I know since many years. I always come back here when I am in Venice. The location is perfect! The staff: welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very professional. Breakfast is rich. The rooms are very comfortable and details are taken care of. Great value for money. Great choice for your stay in Venice.

Wirklich sehr sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat einen antiken Charme aber auf eine schöne Weise. Man fühlt sich wie in einem alten Film. Die Rezeption umgeben von dunklem Holz und vielen Gemälden runden das Ambiente ab. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber ausreichend eingerichtet und verfügen über ein schönes sauberes Bad (nicht so alt wie der Rest). Es gibt keinen Aufzug und viele Treppen (normal für Venedig). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde das Gepäck sogar aufs Zimmer gebracht. Gepäck kann man auch aufbewahren lassen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend mit vielfältigen aber normalen Angebot (Rührei, Pancakes, Brot, Fruchtsalat, Cornflakes). Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen. Gemütlich, zentral und günstig.

This is a quaint hotel that has nice sized rooms and small private baths. No air-condition except during the summer months. The beds were firm. The rooms that face the front can be loud with the windows open. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. Service was amazing. The location is only moments from St. Mark’s Square and a good central location to discover the city.

Hotel in tipico edificio veneziano situato in zona centrale, tra San Marco e Ponte di Rialto. Stanza pulita, bagno di dimensioni ridotte ma comunque funzionale. Non c'è ascensore. Colazione variegata sia dolce sia salata, con qualche opzione (confezionata) senza glutine per eventuali ospiti intolleranti o celiaci (come nel caso di un mio familiare). Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e di utilizzare un bagno, sia prima del check in sia dopo il check out.

Hôtel bien placé à deux pas de la place St Marc très calme avec un personnel adorable. Notre fille y avait séjourné également il y a un an Un petit déjeuner très varié et copieux cela n est pas négligeable. Je le recommande fortement et conseillerais forcément car il a pleins de points positifs : bonne literie, calme, situation idéale, beau pdj. Merci au personnel très professionnel
