Highly recommended. We arrived in the evening and the staff welcomed us and explained things about the boats to get around, and they explained it really kindly. Then we went up to the room, a wonderful room, apart from the view from the balcony which I didn't like. The very elegant breakfast room with very good food and very kind staff. I also liked the gym even though it was very small. I highly recommend it

Perfect structure, very well kept, large rooms. Clean, quiet and peaceful place. I recommend to families and couples. Possibility of free luggage storage at another hotel of the property located in Venice near San Marco. Very comfortable.

The apartment is new, equipped with all comforts (including microwave), elegant, warm and fragrant. The apartment on the ground floor (ours) was a recess right on the ground level, but wonderful, bright, comfortable, with two bathrooms, a bedroom, a beautiful ancient column and a sofa bed, in front of the boat...A VENICE!

We didn't know Venice. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. It is fully equipped so it is very comfortable. The location was suitable since the island is quiet and cozy. It has secure access.

The apartment was in a good position in Venice, in a nice quiet area close to good restaurants and public transport. Our room had a good kitchen area and was heated well. Definitely would recommend it to Venice travellers. Had everything we needed.

Excellent apartment with everything you need, even for cooking. Welcome set to quench your thirst and hot drinks. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist. , restaurants and water bus stops within 100 metres. San Marco 3 stops. FS station at 4.
