Looking at the photos on here it has clearly be recently refurbished. I stayed this weekend. The staff are very helpful and really friendly, I was a solo traveler but families were there also. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee is amazing. Rooms are great and very clean and modernised but with style and charm. I really loved the hotel, it isn't 5 star but it felt much more upmarket than the price paid compared to looking at others in this price point, certainly great value for money. It is off the main streets but very central (San Polo, so was perfect for exploring on foot. Hotel felt very clean, safe and was comfortable. I'd definitely return.

I want to write my not very positive review about car rental. There is a young man sitting at the reception who took advantage of the fact that I returned the car ahead of schedule, namely in the evening, although it was supposed to be at 10:00 in the morning, and there was 900 liras left in the car (250 km), and went for a ride in this car. When I asked to return the money for the remaining fuel, he refused, saying that there was no such clause in the contract, although there was no contract either, no one warned me about this.
