As soon as I arrived at the hotel they informed me that they had no rooms available despite my booking through Trip being regularly accepted. They sent me to a B&B. The hotel and the Trip app were rejected.

It was a nice hotell , but u have to pay extra for ur child even when they Share bed with you . And cleaning lady was going thru my bag all my documents was all over my bag when i get back to hotell room after their cleaing. Be carefull with your expensive stuff and dont leave them at the hotell.

This is a perfect city hotel. From start to finish the service provided was excellent. Rooms very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was all you wanted and sets you up for a day exploring the city. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice

Great hotel which was only a ten minute walk from Rialto Bridge, (which is the easiest way to get across to St Mark’s Square and other attractions). Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Room was a tad too warm for us, (temperature gauge on the wall didn’t seem to work), but we just opened a window at night which gave us a lovely breeze into the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer und Hotel sehr stilvoll und sauber. Lage nahe Canale Grande und Vaporetto Station, abseits vom Trubel. Safe, Minibar, etc.. vorhanden. Frühstück perfekt, Preis Leistung für Venedig top!

The quiet location and the vaporetto stop right down the street from the hotel were great, but the staff at the Hotel Al Ponte Mocenigo made our stay special. They were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy. We stayed in the junior suite with a Juliet balcony and corner window looking towards the Grand Canal. The decor is olde worlde with beautiful Murano glass lighting and the modern bathroom was spotless. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Venice.

It has all been said before. Believe it. This is our third time staying here. From the reception, to the caring staff, the breakfast room and the impeccably clean rooms. to the proximity to the vaporetto, I don't think you can find a better accomodation in this class of hotel in Venice. You cannot go wrong by staying here.
