A Hospedagem fica bem localizada, próximo a Estação Santa Lucia, cerca de 10 minutos caminhando com malas, ideal para quem viaja de trem pela Itália, como foi o nosso caso. A hospedagem não possue elevadores, e para acessar todos os quartos necessita subir escadas, o que dificulta um pouco a acessibilidade, para nós isso não foi um empecilho. O café da manhã, não possui tanta diversidade, mas dá para se alimentar bem. A limpeza do quartos e roupa de cama e banho foram excelentes. A rua da hospedagem possue vários restaurantes com preços muito bons e comida boa. Em linhas gerais a Hospedagem apresenta um bom custo×beneficio, recomendo para quem não tiver problemas com escadas.

Posizione ottima soprattutto per chi arriva in treno in quanto si trova accanto alla Stazione, ma in una via tranquilla. La Locanda molto carina e ben curata. Camere semplici e pulite, non manca nulla. Letto e cuscini comodi. Non c'è l'ascensore ma nonostante fossimo al secondo piano, non c'è ne siamo nemmeno accorti. Colazione adeguata con scelta di dolce e salato. Disponibilità e cortesia da parte del personale, sia nel dare consigli su come muoversi o dove mangiare, sia nel dare la possibilità di depositare i bagagli agli ospiti che lo necessitano.

Me permito valorar a este hotel, a pesar de no haberme alojado en el. Hice un reserva para dos noches, sábado y domingo de octubre 2023, a través de una de las aplicaciones muy conocida y allí fuimos, las chicas de recepción estuvieron largo rato tratando de encontrar la reserva en el sistema, pero no aparecía, hasta que se dieron cuenta de que la reserva era para los mismos días, pero para el año siguiente, 2024, y el hotel no tenía plazas libres. Dada esa situación tan difícil para nosotros, encontrarnos con dos personas que nos ayudaron un montón en ese momento, es de mucho agradecer y dice mucho del gran servicio de este hotel. Finalmente, pudimos encontrar otro hotel, pero muchas gracias a las personas de recepción del Locanda Ca’ Lucrecia por su ayuda. Si volvemos a Venecia, reservaremos en este hotel, pero la reserva será correcta

THE staf was very accommodating and helpful. There is no elevator but the worker helped us with our bags. The room was very clean and centrally located to public transportation.

Great location, within 5 minutes walk to train station. Clean, welcoming nice staff, breakfast was included, reasonable size room. Really appreciated the early check in as the room was available. There is no lift so if your room are in level 1 or 2, prepare for carrying your luggage 1 or two flights of stairs each around 17 steps. The front desk is manned till 2 pm. There are lots of noise’s from outside traveling to the rooms at night, from people outside till late hours say 12-1 (am). However you may just need to use ear plugs. Easy distance to Vaporreto. Good 30 minutes walk to st Marco.
