Clean room and okay location.
Quiet spot and very hidden. Great service and good staff.
Very standard breakfast. Aircon is not available when the temperature didn’t meet the need but mosquito can get in through the window .

We come to this hotel every time we are in Venice which is usually once a year.
The place is perfectly located to reach all Venice destinations both on foot and by boat, easy and quick to get to the vaporetto stop which is only 5 min walk.
The staff is great, friendly and helpful. Only one negative note on one of the breakfast staff which was rude, but whatever.
Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet is great.
Will keep returning for sure.

It's one of the best hotels I have been! Not only does it have excellent breakfast🤤, it has very nice and friendly staffs that actually remember you and provide you with the keys even without stating anything. 🙊
They have provided me a room with canal view that allows you a glimpse of the daily of this magical Venice dusk till dawn, sunny or rainy, weekday or weekend. 😍😍
They even provide you a free glass factory visit in Murano on water taxi (if only it wasn't raining so bad on the day I went). Great value, outstanding service, classic Italian quality 🤌🤌

I've stayed here before and hope to many more times. Wonderful rooms- upgrade if you can, as it isn't much more expensive. Staff are charming and location is great.

We traveled to Venice as a family to celebrate a significant birthday and stayed at the Pensione Accademia as a friend had recommended it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well presented. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It's in a perfect position, very near to all the beautiful things to do and see in the city but in a quiet spot with lovely gardens to sit in and reflect on the day's activities over a cup of tea or a drink in the evening. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Avevo letto delle belle recensioni di questo Hotel e mi sono fidata. Infatti è stata un'esperienza davvero bella. Essendo sola ho chiesto una camera singola, possibilmente con vista sul canale e al mio arrivo scopro che.... mi hanno accontentata, sono stata felicissima. La vista che si vede dalle foto è da questa camera. È una poesia. Considerando che sei in centro Venezia, rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Il personale è gentilissimo, la pulizia delle camere è eccellente. L'unico consiglio che potrei dare, è da migliorare un po' la colazione. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno!
