No llegue a ir.... Reserve en verano una habitacion con bastante tiempo de antelación. Para conseguir un precio bueno lo mejor es reservar con tiempo. Cuando hice la reserva garantize con el numero de mi tarjeta en booking, como cuando haces una reserva. Dias antes de la estancia, segun ellos, mi tarjeta no era buena. Me quede a las puertas de semana santa sin reserva en Venecia.... Nunca mas....

I made a booking for this hotel back in September 2022 as we (my wife, 3 kids and I) wanted to go to Venice to see the Carnival. I made the booking well in advance because I know how busy it gets. 3 days before arriving they unilaterally cancelled my reservation and sold the room to someone else. I tried to call them a number of times but they did not answer. I sent them an email, to which they replied and told me that at busy times they do not answer the phone. They told me by email they had sold the room and there was nothing they could do. I have never seen anything like this in 30 years of travelling. Stay away.

The location is good, and the staff was friendly. One of the main problems was the absence of an elevator. The room was old and small for 5 people, window was broken, the door did not close properly, the furniture was old and broken, the breakfest was very poor, the bathroom floods. The price was similar to another better Hotels. Anyway, try another option.

It was an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Mr Matteo and Alessia who were very helpful especially when we were in need. They are great people and gave us an excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic location, and reception staff were excellent. Facilities were basic and if you’re on the top floor there are LOTS of stairs but a great price and overall would definitely recommend.
