Receptionist checked us in and out smoothly. The view of the room is great in both day and night. Bathroom is great and would be better if there is tooth brush and paste provided. Breakfast included is nice and they serve nice coffee, Nutella, fruits and drinks. Food and beverage servers and everyone there are friendly.

Beautiful hotel, 3 minutes from rialto bridge but out of the way enough that its not noisy around the hotel, perfect location!

Fantastic property at an awesome location, right next to the Rialto market and Rialto bridge. Very comfortable, delicious breakfast bugget, super friendly staff, and a perfect vantage point to discover the city. Make sure you get a canal-facing room!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay during our first trip to Venice. Our room was wonderful, and the staff are extremely attentive. The location is perfect.

Nice property, staff are very friendly and it is very clean! The rooms are very hot though and when we opened the window, we got bitten by mosquitos! Air con needs to improve in the rooms

Alles was perfekt!!! Besonders der Service und das Frühstück!!! Housekeeping ist mega, Nur in unserem Zimmer gab es paar Abnutzungsspuren an den Wänden und im Bad. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört:-)
