"The location here was amazing, close to the train station and a short walk into all the sights. The room was cleaned daily and a good size. Hotel staff were super friendly hand helpful, breakfast had a fair choice of cold cuts and breads/cakes and a small selection of cooked foods (eggs, bacon, sausage) The only real disappointment of our stay was that despite having very specifically booked a double bed room, our room was two single beds which had been shoved together, with two single mattresses and separate bedding. The beds were very easy to slide apart from each other and I almost rolled into the gap between them during the night. Would still recommend but be mindful when choosing your room"

"Right outside the train station, just a quick walk across the traffic light. Perfect for those catching a train or only staying in Venice for a day. The room was decent, though mine might have been roadside as it wasn't very soundproof – but after a tiring day of travel, it didn't really bother me. I also tried the restaurant on the first floor; the service was very friendly, and they'd say 'thank you' once they realized you were Chinese. The food itself was just okay. There's a pretty good Chinese restaurant nearby, definitely above average for international standards (you have to order the right dishes!)."

"The hotel is located just a few steps away from MESTRE RAILWAY STATION, connecting to St Lucia and to all buses. For tourism, it's a perfect choice. Our flight was scheduled very early in the morning when the breakfast could not be available but because we had paid for it, the staff prepared a packed lunch for us. Customer satisfaction 💯%"

"I like this hostel. The dorm bed and bathroom is clean and acceptable. There is kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There is a bar on the lobby if u want a drink. The location is convenient for taking a bus to Venice. It is just 10mins walk. It is a fair option for solo traveller that want to avoid expensive housing at Venice."

"Best place to live during a business trip in Venice, conveniently located nearby the train station and the ferryboat station. Top quality breakfast with sweet and salty and a very good cappuccino! The room located in the annex building was good but the heater in the bathroom was not working and despite I told front desk twice, no one came to fix it. Overall, a very nice stay!"

"This stay had a mix of positives and negatives. We were not placed at San Cassiano as expected but were instead transferred to another hotel in their chain, Palazzo Stern. The alternate hotel wasn’t bad—it's located along the Grand Canal and has a lovely terrace. The property itself boasts some impressive design elements, likely stemming from its past as an antique mansion turned hotel. We were given a loft room, which unfortunately didn’t have any windows with a view, and the space was a bit cramped for two large suitcases. On the plus side, the bathroom had a beautiful design. Breakfast was ok, though nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most attractions unless you opt for a water taxi, with a water taxi stop conveniently located right outside the hotel."

"The location is fantastic, right across from the station, yet it's surprisingly quiet with a great view. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the decor is lovely. However, the open-plan bathroom in the same room can be a bit noisy if someone is using it in the middle of the night. The staff are very friendly and there are plenty of activities available!"

"It was our first stay in Venice, the hotel is very well located a stone's throw from the bus station. The room is old and could do with a good refresh, the top of the toilet was not fixed, the shower was leaking and worst of all we spent a night in freezing cold, we had to ask for heating it was barely 15 degrees in the room!! In addition we had a power cut every evening and luckily a guest of the hotel intervened to restore the electricity otherwise we would have been left without electricity since there is no one there!! If we had not had all these inconveniences we would have had a good stay in Venice!"
