"Absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, less than 100 meters from Mestre train station – practically just across the street. The owner is incredibly warm and provides excellent service. I even left my earbuds behind when checking out, and the owner remembered and kept them for me 🥲. The facilities are all new, they even provide disposable slippers and bottled water, and it's genuinely spotless. I've always stayed in hotels run by Europeans before, and there's always some 'unpleasant surprise' – either mysterious hair or unidentifiable stains. I'm really touched by how clean this place is; you really can't beat a guesthouse run by fellow Chinese!"

"My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross."

"Located on a little island across the Venice mainland. There is no shuttle arrangement, and there is a fee for the ferry that goes across. Hotel itself is clean and quiet and has very nice breakfast."

"It's on the main island, so you have to get off at the station and walk a bit, but the location and room condition are really good! First of all, the mini bar is free, and four small bottles of wine are included. The room is also spacious, but the shower is a sunflower type, so it can't be changed. ㅠ But it was really good! Even the balcony was good. It's hard to find the way at night, so save it on Google Maps and remember it. ㅎ"

"The facilities are a bit old but they are cleaned very well. The lady at the front desk was very kind and gave us a lot of travel advice. The hotel is on Lido Island and it is very convenient to go to the beach, but you need to take a bus to the main island, so you need to plan your budget and travel time reasonably."
