The location is very good, on the main island of Venice, close to the St. Lucy train station! After getting off at the Roman Square, walk for 10 minutes and it is basically there! It’s not too hard to drag the big box! After checking out, you can also put the box in the foyer. The host also enthusiastically helped me book the restaurant. The WeChat question was answered quickly, which was great!
The disadvantage is that the room heating facilities are not perfect, the room is cold, the winter Venice is cold, the room is not warm, the child has a fever later, it affects the follow-up itinerary! The single bed is narrow, and single people will worry about falling out of bed!

This is a hidden gem of a hotel! Our family of three had a wonderful two nights here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with plenty of complimentary fruit, snacks, and drinks, even champagne and chocolate. Cooking here was also very convenient; the tableware and cookware were WMF brand, and they provided olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper – incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is also excellent, quiet yet conveniently located, making it easy to get around.
If I had to offer some advice, it might be that because it's a ground-floor room, there were a few small flying insects. However, I don't think this is the hotel's fault; it's quite normal to have small flying insects on the ground floor in Venice, and it's within acceptable limits. If you're really bothered by them, you could choose a room on a higher floor. Also, the sofa bed mattress was a bit too soft.
Overall, this is a fantastic serviced apartment. It has even changed my criteria for choosing hotels when traveling; I'll now prefer similar apartments. If I come to Venice again, I will definitely choose this place again.

This apartment was fabulous, usually rooms in Venice are tiny, but here we had a large bedroom, with a walk in cupboard for storing clothes and suitcases, a very large living/dining room/kitchenette and la large shower/toilet. Exceeded our expectations.
Location is good but you need to plan ahead because hauling suitcases while checking a map is not easy.
The shower can be a bit intimidated as it seems to be complicated but after it was explained by the hosts it was not an issue.
Definitely worth a visit.

🔸 Location: Just under the Rialto Bridge, it is very convenient to go anywhere. Listen to birds during the day and the bells at night.
There is tim downstairs. On the first day, I bought a mobile phone card and the communication was convenient.
A few steps is venchi, chocolate ice cream, you can eat it anytime you want
🔸 Room layout: one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom. In Europe, this pattern and size are definitely luxurious.
🔸 Degree of decoration: It looks very new, the walls, floors, and bathrooms are very new, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the glass is very clean, there is no water stain
The hotel is called the Monkey Hotel. The long-tailed monkeys of various forms on the wall of the room are very interesting and vivid.
🔸 Home appliances and furniture: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, Bluetooth stereo, TV, daily needs
🔸 Private: one ladder and two households, the room is very soundproof, there are stairs and elevators
🔸 Service: Valentina, the front desk staff, is a warm, polite and considerate girl. Knowing that I have many meetings in the room, I will send new coffee capsules every day to refresh myself. Will send delicious, delicious and fun recommendations around WhatsApp
🔸 Restriction: No smoking in the room, check-out time 11:00
Short business trip as this apartment has a solid comfort and pleasant mood

Excellent property. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto.
There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.

diviya nadarajahWe had a pleasant experience throughout our stays. Matteo, our host was very friendly and helpful. Initially, due to our late check in after 10pm we were asked for some fee but upon request Matteo was nice enough to waived it. He was super helpful and very quick in providing response and recommendation. The apartment is very near to all the destination points and it made our trip more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Venice again. Thank you Matteo once again.

The location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of major attractions, the pier, restaurants, and delicious gelato. The room is spacious and equipped with many amenities, allowing guests to do their own laundry and cook. However, the welcome package only included one laundry pod and one dishwasher scouring pad. When we asked the front desk staff if we could receive one of each, the staff member said that only one was provided regardless of the length of stay, which was clearly insufficient for our four-night stay. She reluctantly agreed, but when we returned that evening, we found only one dishwasher scouring pad and no laundry pod… This was quite disappointing regarding the hotel service. On the morning of November 6th, the day we left, another staff member left a deep impression on me (I apologize for not asking her name, I only remember she was very friendly and had beautiful tattoos). She noticed I had a cold and offered me tissues, and told us about the convenient pier for getting to the airport. This made me feel very good when I left, and I would be willing to return to stay here again.

SunnyfurlifeAllegro Marin is situated next to the train station. Though it maybe convenient if you are planning to travel elsewhere by train, you cannot avoid dragging your luggage across a bridge, unless you hire a luggage porter. The attractions are quite far away if you don’t travel by ferry, at least 20 minutes walk away.
Other than my thoughts on location, I find the hotel staff friendly and hospitable. When having breakfast, I only need to find my table and be seated. It came with complimentary freshly made bacon and eggs and a charcuterie board! No complaint about the service.

While the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.
