Owner of the apartment, Alessandro was very prompt in all queries and replies expeditiously. Place is suitable for families up to 4 pax. The environment is very cosy and rustic. Locality of the apartment is great. Near to the train station and within waking distance. Alessandro gives clear guidance and states everything clearly in his messages thru WhatsApp. He conversed well in English. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay with nice memories of Venice and his hospitality.

位置很好，在威尼斯主島，離聖露西火車站也近！在羅馬廣場下車後步行10分鐘基本就到了！拖着大箱子也沒太費勁！退房後還可以把箱子放在門廳寄存，房主還熱情地幫我訂餐館，使用微信問題回覆很快，比較贊！
缺點在於房間取暖設施不完善，屋裡冷，冬天的威尼斯陰冷，房間不暖和，孩子後來發燒了，比較影響後續行程！單人床鋪比較窄，單身會擔心掉下床去！

Convenient to reach, practical for getting around the city, very nice inside, practical and also spacious even though there were 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect organization, information, directions, house management, documents, payment, etc., impeccable and all conveniently via WhatsApp with Alessandro. Important and very convenient is the possibility of leaving luggage in the entrance after check-out and being able to retrieve it independently, without having to carry it around the city.
