GGuest UserThis magnificent establishment is on the island of Murano but accessible at any time and in a short time by Vaporetto from the hustle and bustle of the main island of Venice. Several lines serve the stations of Murano including ”Navaggero” a few steps from the hotel. The establishment is very spacious with an atmosphere evoking a loft with Venetian elements and in particular many magnificent pieces of Murano glassware. The exteriors are just as pleasant. The dining room offers a soothing and splendid view of the lagoon and its wild birds very appreciable at breakfast time (with a very nice variety of savory, sweet, hot or cold products, prosecco included for amateurs). The room is spacious, bright, quiet, clean and comfortable, very nice bathroom with plenty of renewable supplies. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I recommend

AAnonymous UserThis is the first time I write a review on Ctrip. I'll say that when you are away from home, don't be too hypocritical, and don't ask and expect too much. But this time I can't help but tell the truth. Let's talk about the price first. 1. The standard large room of this hotel is more than 4,000 yuan per night. This room type is enough for two people. After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and being on the main island was a big plus. Breakfast was plentiful, and in the evenings, there were complimentary snacks downstairs with drinks available for purchase. The front desk staff were also very helpful and provided excellent service.

GGuest UserMy wife and I checked in on a Tuesday after getting off a 9 day cruise. We arrived earlier than we had expected and earlier than check in time. They jumped right on getting our room ready, that same night my wife started getting very sick. I went to the mall, that is just down the street from the hotel, and picked up some covid test kit and found out that she had covid. The staff jumped through hoops to meet our needs, Called me cab to take my wife to the hospital, furnished bus route and schedule, extended our stay by 2 days helped with finding a drug store where i could get meds for the wife then called me a cab to get me there. There is much more that they assisted me with while there and showing concern for the wife's health.
The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and service there was great.

GGuest UserFor three people, including city tax, and costing just over 1000 (units not specified), the value for money here in Venice is truly unbeatable. The hotel's main drawback is its distance from the train station, which makes it more ideal for those arriving by car. However, if you plan your trip and use the People Mover, the journey is significantly shorter. There's a Vaporetto (water bus) stop conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the hotel entrance. Be aware that walking from the train station would take at least 35 minutes.
The breakfast, for an Italian hotel, was exceptionally generous and definitely met the standards of a large hotel group. Occupancy seemed quite high too. While the rooms are on the smaller side, for a short stay of one or two nights—really, just a place to sleep—they are perfectly adequate; what more could you possibly need? If you're looking for bigger rooms or more amenities, you'd naturally expect to pay more.
In summary, if you figure out the public transport route from the train station to the hotel beforehand, your stay will be absolutely perfect. For travelers who aren't overly particular about minor details, this place comes highly recommended.

To get to downtown Venice we took a direct bus where the bus stop is in front of hotel.
Venice is beautiful with good locations for photoshoots as well as good Italian food all around.

In a word, if you are planning to come to Venice by train and want to stay in Mestre, although there is a free shuttle bus, it is not recommended at all.
Advantages:
If you drive from Florence/Bologna, this hotel is in a good location. It is just off the highway, next to the gas station, and there is a lidl supermarket with parking in 7 minutes. The hotel can take you to Mestre train station for free the next day, and pick you up at night, which is very convenient.

TTDorisThe shuttle boat we booked with the hotel cost 22 euros per person and took us directly to the hotel entrance, which was a great experience. It was perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery of Venice without anyone else around. You can also take a bus directly to the entrance. I didn't visit the Glass Island last time, so I wanted to explore it this time. The hotel is right outside the scenic area, so it was a great place to wander around. The bus from the entrance goes directly to the main island, which is quite convenient, but you still have to walk a bit to the boat station. The room was average, not very clean, and the view from the window was lacking, so choose carefully if you mind. I stayed at a five-star hotel in San Marco on the main island last time and was dissatisfied because it was too old. I wonder if Venice is just like that. The beautiful weather and the beauty of Venice these days may make up for some of these shortcomings.

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
