The six-person room is a large room with three two-person rooms. It is a great hotel. It is next to the water bus station. It takes 20 minutes to get to St. Lucia at the station. It is the best value for money. Highly recommended. Clean and hygienic, the quality of the guests is generally good!

Rooms in Venice cost a lot of money…this place at least felt like good value. It’s an upmarket hostel in a historically interesting building. Nice and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen und nicht weit ins Zentrum, direkt an der Vaporetto-Haltestelle Fondamente Nuova. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer groß, hell und sauber; Bad super. Frühstück ok.

Pleasant accommodation in Venice. The loft was large with a kitchen, bathroom and room for 3 people. Everything was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was good. The hotel is quiet and closed to strangers. It is located a short distance from the boat bus stops. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Venice

Today is my 60th birthday, ruined by the actions of this hotel who have cleated all the money from my bank account for a booking that I did not make and knew nothing about. My disabled son made a booking thinking he would surprise me but due to his disability unable to understand the implications of doing it. The first I knew was that all my money disappeared leaving us in severe financial hardship. I pleaded for them to give my money back but got just a harsh and uncaring response. I guess they're nice until money comes into it then look out.

Affascinante come location. A fondamenta nuove , un po’ fuori dai percorsi turistici. Non prezzo da ostello sicuramente… circa 150 euro a notte a gennaio. Camera con letti divisi, probabilmente ad uso studenti con angolo cottura e soppalco per guardaroba. Biancheria da bagno piuttosto lisa e pavimento sporco: ho asciugato un po’ di acqua che mi era caduta con un tovagliolino e il risultato era li da vedere….lercio.
