丁丁The hotel is located at St. Mark's Square, S.Marco-vallaresso Google can't find it above. In fact, it is on the famous street. It will pass LV, Gucci, Chanel, BV. Finally, the hotel is found next to Giorgio Ar***i. The front desk of the hotel is the uncle. Above, very warm, the room is not big, but it is also very clean Suitable for those who are looking for a sense of time

EElisa ChanThe hotel is located right smack where the big branded boutiques are located, and 10 mins walk to doge palace and st peter Basilica. However the hotel is very far in. U got to wheel your luggage in, which may damage the wheels. Hence pls bagpack 😅
The hotel look Like a mini museum if only u take the stairs from level 3 and walk down. Very instaworthy. The staff is also very friendly and speak good English.
We got lucky and had a room with the balcony despite the room size is tight but it was manageable. I love the balcony view facing all the houses and church. It has the rustic charms to it.

The room was perfect in every way, I could not fault this hotel in anyway. It’s the most comfortable stunning place thank you for our perfect stay in Venice.

电电磁炮超萌的The room was quite big, the drinks in the refrigerator were all free, and at 11 o'clock in the evening, I found that the conversion socket was plugged in and there was no electricity. I asked the front desk people to come up and try it. I went to find a conversion socket for the hotel, moved to me, and the location was good. Marco Square is super close, highly recommend this hotel? (The hotel room has slippers and a kettle but no toothbrush and toothpaste)

JJoy WoniI arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭
And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

AAnonymous UserThe are only bed and wifi. No other amenities such as refrigerator or water boiler. It is necessary to climb up stairs to go to reception which is in first floor. The hotel has two buildings. Our room is located in 2nd floor of the other building. The staff helped to bring one suitcase and my son bring another one. The booking confirmation email said that check out time is before 12:00. However, the clean up staff knocked our door twice in 9:00 and 10:00 again even though we have put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. In around 10:30, the staff phone to room and said the check out time is 10:30. I told him the confirmation email said that the check out time is 12:00. Finally, we can still stay till 12:00. The communication is not clear.

GGuest UserPerfect location right next to the train station so convenient. The room wasn’t as clean as I was expecting and also we didn’t have hot water for the first two nights. I had to complain at the reception two times to have hot water at my last night. Breakfast was average the blonde girl at the breakfast was extremely rude and had a bad attitude, especially with the kids. The girl at the reception with a brown long hair was so helpful and kind.

GGuest UserLocated in near the Rialto Bridge and within walking distance of Saint Marcos Square it’s perfect for a budget conscious traveller.
The bedroom was spacious and clean.
I was there during carnival and my only complaint was the noise front the drinks at night but this isn’t something g the hotel can fix.
Breakfast buffet was sumptuous but needed a little more variety for my taste.

GGuest UserThis is not a luxury hotel, but… the staff were supportive, the room was clean, breakfast was sufficient, the location excellent and the cost competitive. One complaint is that WiFi is only accessible in the immediate area of reception, not in the rooms, but otherwise the hotel is a good base for seeing Venice.

TTee LLWhen we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances,the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. In the end the reception gave us a free upgrade.
It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt
The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.
