"The hotel's location is fantastic, directly across from Venice Mestre train station. You can see the station right from the hotel entrance, and it's just a one-minute walk. Our room was quite spacious, and the breakfast spread was very generous, available from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. We booked a superior room, which contributed to the size. We generally stayed in at night because of its proximity to the train station. However, we asked the front desk about the local safety, and they assured us it was fine, which we also found to be true during our stay. Their only advice was not to wander around the immediate area after dark, and that was perfectly fine. Getting to Venice itself was very convenient."

"Close to Piazzale Roma, you dont need to carry you lagguges so far if you park your car on Municipale Parking or Tronccetto or if you travel by train you dont need cross even this one bridge :) . Hotel is on via Spagna is commercial street so crowded but is close to Ferrovia. Hotel is in old building Pallacco in Venetian Style. Rooms are in Venetian Style also, cossy, but on minimum, in fotos it looks little beter. Aroud you have all you need shops, restaraunts, etc, so no problem, Vapporetto Stop is just right the corner. To Piazzale San Marco is about 40 minutes (via Realto), or 50 minutes (via Academia) by foot, even beter by foot than via Vaporetto, you vist Venezia. Hotel service is very nice and helpful, breakfast is very good and has a lot of meals."

"This stay had a mix of positives and negatives. We were not placed at San Cassiano as expected but were instead transferred to another hotel in their chain, Palazzo Stern. The alternate hotel wasn’t bad—it's located along the Grand Canal and has a lovely terrace. The property itself boasts some impressive design elements, likely stemming from its past as an antique mansion turned hotel. We were given a loft room, which unfortunately didn’t have any windows with a view, and the space was a bit cramped for two large suitcases. On the plus side, the bathroom had a beautiful design. Breakfast was ok, though nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most attractions unless you opt for a water taxi, with a water taxi stop conveniently located right outside the hotel."

"The room itself is just as in the pictures, and we got the one with a small balcony with a view, the problem was the noise/thin walls as we can hear the voices or normal conversations of the guests in the other room. We picked this hotel because it was really close, just 5 mins from the station, so that was very good.
The service in the front desk wasn’t great though, the attitude of the staff weren’t very friendly (actually answers in condescending tone). We loved our stay in Venice aside from this hotel experience."

"You need to walk about 15-18 minutes on foot to reach the hotel from the city. No lift, only the staircase. Very good staff (Good hospitality). Worth for the money. A budget hotel. Breakfast is average. No hot foods. But better than nothing ☺️ It is good before you going out or your flight. We got all room amenities. I recommend this place anyway."

EElisa ChanThe hotel is located right smack where the big branded boutiques are located, and 10 mins walk to doge palace and st peter Basilica. However the hotel is very far in. U got to wheel your luggage in, which may damage the wheels. Hence pls bagpack 😅
The hotel look Like a mini museum if only u take the stairs from level 3 and walk down. Very instaworthy. The staff is also very friendly and speak good English.
We got lucky and had a room with the balcony despite the room size is tight but it was manageable. I love the balcony view facing all the houses and church. It has the rustic charms to it.

Finally, the hotel is found next to Giorgio Ar***i. The front desk of the hotel is the uncle. Above, very warm, the room is not big, but it is also very clean Suitable for those who are looking for a sense of time

电电磁炮超萌的The room was quite big, the drinks in the refrigerator were all free, and at 11 o'clock in the evening, I found that the conversion socket was plugged in and there was no electricity. I asked the front desk people to come up and try it. I went to find a conversion socket for the hotel, moved to me, and the location was good. Marco Square is super close, highly recommend this hotel? (The hotel room has slippers and a kettle but no toothbrush and toothpaste)

JJoy WoniI arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭
And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

GGuest UserVery clean place and the I enjoyed the daily breakfast they served each morning. The host went above and beyond when I called him after-hours to help me find a wine bottle opener, I appreciate that.
Some minor drawbacks: Our room was close to the common area and the sound isolation wasn't great. We could hear conversations being had outside, so we had to be mindful about privacy.
Also, I didn't know this when I booked the tickets, but apparently Mestre city is kind of a shady area overall. Luckily this place is only 100m from the bus stop where buses can take you straight to Venice, so you don't have to wander around the Mestre streets at night more than you would like.
Overall I had an awesome time though :)

GGuest UserThe hotel was fine. Entarnce stairs could be a problem for people with large luggage. Staff helpful, mostly Italians. Room small with window but on the ground floor which hosts restaurant as well. Because of that, in the morning, there was nois made by people walking for breakfast. Room clean, despite usual mould in the bathroom because of lack of proper vent.
Great localisation.
Worth consideration for a city sightseeing.

FFaith ChristiansenThe staff are seriously amazing in both the hotel and restaurant. It doesn't have the flashiest decor, but the bed was comfortable, the breakfast simple but good quality. My single bathroom was small and cramped but still worked fine. Overall I would definitely return and recommend as the location was perfect...a max 10 minute walk from all the major attractions.
The pizza in the restaurant was one of the best I ever had and big so I returned for my 2nd night.

One complaint is that WiFi is only accessible in the immediate area of reception, not in the rooms, but otherwise the hotel is a good base for seeing Venice.

TTee LLWhen we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances,the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt
The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.
