GGuest UserThe hotel is dreamy. Although it is not on the main island of Venice, you can easily reach St. Mark's Square by taking the hotel's private ferry. The hotel has a beautiful garden.

GGuest UserThe hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

AAline Rossetto FrabettiRoom was spacious and silent to sleep and catch an early flight, but in the morning there was no hot water on the room to take a shower and I found an big bug in the room as well, perhaps because it is a farm hotel. Breakfast is great, so for staying one night it was okay

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

SShanzhongheshi_This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

GGuest UserThe shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel for late arrivals and early departures, as well as for travelers by car. The front desk is open 24 hours. We arrived late but didn't have any luggage. The walk from the airport to the hotel took 15 minutes. The road is good, with a 100-meter stretch of unpaved road along the shoulder. A shuttle is also available for €15 per person (by calling). Check-in was quick. The room was clean, with good linens and towels. The breakfast is excellent for Europe, with a good selection, including an omelet with bacon and a variety of pastries. A city bus stop to Venice or Mestre train station is nearby.
