GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, and I like their toiletries. However, the breakfast restaurant is a bit small, and during peak meal times, the staff are often caught off guard, unable to clear the plates or refill the empty bowls.

KKara TaiThe hotel location is great! Very close to everything. The service is excellent. The manager is very pleasant and helpful. You can check out and leave your luggage and then come back to rest in the restaurant if needed. Be prepared for noises. Venice is so touristy and there is not a lot of soundproofing. I use earplugs when I sleep so it wasn’t much of a problem for me.
Be prepared to buy bottled water. Bring your own amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush, these items are not given at the hotel.
The bed is comfortable and the heat works very well. Overall it is recommended for a good rest and a central location.

RRaluca DascalitaI stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.

GGuest UserRoom and bathrooms were clean. Showers felt like not a lot of privacy offered with fogged glass separating you and everyone and everyone else in the bathroom. Common areas were fun and social. Location was not on main island Venice which meant it was challenging to get home during Italian transport strikes, with limited water bus services. Please be prepared in advance for this. Otherwise it might be more convenient to stay on main island Venice.

GGuest UserVenice is a city with high accommodation costs, but this hotel is relatively reasonable and the rooms are spacious and clean.
The toilets and showers are shared, but this hotel is recommended for those who don't mind that.
The bathroom has shampoo and soap, but no toothbrushes.
It is within walking distance of Santa Lucia Station, and the canal is nearby, so it is easy to catch the water bus.
It says that there is a separate building 800 meters away, but it is actually inside the main hotel.
Also, breakfast is listed as 10€, but the price has increased to 15€, and tourists are charged an additional 2€, so it is effectively 17€.
The breakfast is very simple, so 10€ would have been reasonable, but 17€ seemed a bit expensive.
There is a nice supermarket near the hotel, so it is fun to buy food there.
Overall, this hotel is recommended for those looking for a simple stay.

Cleanness could be better. Too many black hairs all around everywhere. Doors and walls are thin you can hear other quests talking from your room.

TTatty SGood day! In Venice stayed for two nights, picked this hotel because of the location! And didn't mistake! We arrived at the waiting station, went out, immediately to the left, five minutes and we are in the place! No stairs along the way, no narrow streets confused, very convenient! We were immediately settled, the room is small, light, the bed is clean. The bathroom and the bathroom were common, not in the room.Cleanness is there for three. In the rest of the world, if you need a hotel to stay, it will be good) All the sights we visited on foot! All nearby, Venice is beautiful!

NNagasakiIt will be an inn where the evaluation is divided depending on the person. Since the apartment is rented in three separate rooms, the kitchen, toilet, and terrace are shared, so it was convenient to use it as we wanted during the time when there were not many people. There is no washing machine, but there is a drying area. The sheets and towels are clean, but you shouldn't expect fixed under the bed or under the sink. I think it depends on the time and the members staying.
