Great
GGuest UserI traveled alone with my 11-year-old son. The whole stay experience was still very good. Because I had a full day trip, my requirements for accommodation were large, quiet, odorless, convenient for bathing, and easy to wash small pieces of clothing (shorts and socks). This room basically meets my needs. The hotel is very close to St. Mark's Square (5 minutes walk). There is a lovely balcony. I don't want to open the air conditioner at night. The window can be opened. The breakfast is very good. (I am now eating sugar-free yogurt, tomatoes, cucumbers, cereal and ham during the sugar control period. Coffee is good, there is also a water machine that can come out with fruit smell but no sweet mineral water is very good đ There is also a secret level - you need orange juice and scrambled egg bacon to ask the waiter alone), the disadvantage is that there is no water dispenser

GGuest UserOverall, it was decent, though Venice itself felt a bit like a tourist trap where everything was overpriced. The hallways and rooms still had a lingering smell of renovation. Breakfast was quite unappetizing; I couldn't believe how bland the sausages and bacon were. The DIY waffles, however, were passable. An Italian staff member would constantly open our door to ask about cleaning. It was quite intrusive; I wish she had knocked instead of just letting herself in. As for the location, it's fairly convenient to various public transport stations and boat stops, though it's not right on the main island. Given the price point, it's probably what one would expect. On the positive side, free iced water and a gym were available, which was a nice bonus.

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that itâs three stars in Veniceâwhich is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You wonât find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choiceâand she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellentâtruly some of the best Iâve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in timeâin the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatableâjust a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was rightâit really is a great choice!

AAnonymous UserSimple but clean hotel. Staff is also kind. It was close to the station and 20 minutes walk from the real bridge, so it was easy to sightsee.
I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, but I was a little scared that it would be stolen because I just left it next to the receptionist, but it was okay.
In the room, there was a shower room, TV, refrigerator, valuable box, kettle, coffee and tea.
Check out was easy because I only left the key on the desk in the room.

SSKV562I recently stayed at hu Venice Camping Village and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, offering easy access to Venice by bus, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing good value for money compared to staying directly in Venice.
The facilities at the camping village were impressive, with a swimming pool, supermarket, and on-site restaurant that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local information.
Overall, itâs a great option for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation near Venice without compromising on comfort and facilities. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed base to explore the city.
HHave to travelAlomost perfect but âCheck in Guideâ
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didnât receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Donât walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this buildingâs location . And we got cold because of Octoberâs weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to âCampiello Diegoâ and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front deskâs WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the âfinding hotelâ process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.
Hope our information can help you~
AAnastasiiaZolotarevaExcellent location of the hotel. The presence of a terrace makes it even more attractive.

GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.
Kindest regards

EEliossPerfect location in the heart of Venice. The staff was super friendly and let me check-in already in the morning (the room was luckily available). They even fixed a light bulb which wasn't working.
The room itself was quite good and spacious for the price. Would recommend and stay here again.

DDM-04Great location and easy to get around from there. Water bus stop is just outside the hotel. Even easy to walk to centre- St Marks Square.
It is in a quiet location to rest. Staff are very helpful.
Rooms are cleaned everyday and all towels replaced.
Breakfast is same everyday. Excellent service at breakfast time.
Behind the hotel is lovely spot to see sunset.
Loved our stay.
