For our trip to Nyingchi, we chose the Shanzeju Wilderness Peach Blossom Resort Hotel, and the experience was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, offering not only wild natural scenery but also luxurious accommodations. Most fortunately, our stay coincided with snowfall, instantly transforming the entire hotel into a tranquil fairytale world. 【Rooms and Views】 We stayed in a room with a private tea room, overlooking the Yarlung Tsangpo River. Tea Room and Books: The room was exquisitely furnished, with beautiful tea sets and thoughtfully provided books. With snowflakes falling outside, enjoying tea and reading inside created a truly artistic atmosphere. Bed and Sofa: The bedding was incredibly comfortable and warm, and the sofa area offered a panoramic view, making it the perfect corner to unwind. Viewing Terrace: I highly recommend their viewing terrace! Standing there and overlooking the blend of the river and snowscape is breathtaking; every snapshot is a masterpiece. 【Public Area Environment】 The public areas in Phase II have a strong sense of design and are very stylish. So quiet that the only sounds were the distant river and falling snow. [Service] The housekeepers were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable – a truly heartwarming experience. I also felt the genuine warmth and kindness of the ******* people. In short, this was a stay that exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to travelers who appreciate tranquility and love art and nature.

The experience of staying in this time was super satisfactory. The 3 small butlers at the front desk were very good. The check-in was fast and patient. Any questions would be answered in detail. They were particularly warm and lively. They gave us a very good feeling. The service of the main butler was too good. I will choose to come to this next time. 1. The hotel is in Suosong Village, and the room has a good view. I was lucky to see Rizhao Jinshan. 2. The service attitude is good. Butler-style service throughout the whole process. 3. The wagyu hot pot on the sixth floor is highly recommended. The ingredients are fresh and the photos are good. 4. The breakfast meals can be improved.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Jieba Village. It's a complete package with a restaurant, bar, lifestyle center, and various Tibetan-themed experience halls. The afternoon tea was excellent; the beef jerky and open-faced sandwiches were particularly delicious. The hotel's environment is top-notch, truly living up to Songtsam's reputation with tasteful colors and decor. Watching the sunset from their private pier behind the hotel in the evening was also fantastic. My daughter's beef burger from the Himalaya Restaurant was very authentic, and the breakfast spread was even richer, featuring local tsampa. Songtsam's staff are all incredibly welcoming. Our butler messaged us in advance with all the details and hotel menus. Throughout our stay, they sent thoughtful reminders via messaging. The pick-up, luggage handling, and valet parking services were all flawlessly executed. The smiles of the ******* young men and women were truly infectious. As for the evening drink, the tremella soup was thoughtfully placed in a thermos. I was quite full, but I took a small taste, and it was very good.

Very good hotel! Great service! The front desk was warmly received and sent to the elevator. At dinner, the two managers at the front desk (female) warmly introduced the dishes and introduced the Motuo attractions one by one. The restaurant chef also personally asked how the taste was and what else was needed. All of this was moving. Metuo, is the beautiful place I have long yearned for, and I have realized my dream today! I want to introduce friends to Metuo, and also live in Ziyun Spring Hotel!

It was my first time to experience Songtsam and it felt very good. The location is first-class, and the room is comfortable, warm and pleasant. At first, I felt that the ******* staff were a bit cold and the communication was not smooth. We went to the restaurant and asked if afternoon tea (complimentary) was available? He said no, which was very disappointing. After we sat for a while and prepared to go out to eat, he asked if he wanted to pack afternoon tea for us to take away. It turned out that it was already being prepared! I don't know where there is a misunderstanding. After staying for a day, I got used to their shyness but their patience and thoughtfulness. I like Songtsam and will continue to experience other places in the future.

The room layout is reasonable, the color matching is good, and it is full of ethnic characteristics. The paintings and photos on the wall are artistic. The most delightful thing is that the balcony is large enough to overlook the hotel garden, the Yarlung Zangbo River and the mountains beside the river. The hotel waiters are very considerate and enthusiastic. The two handsome ******* guys we met, one is called Tashi Tsering, and the other one I forgot his name, kept asking us questions and providing help at any time.
