The butler proactively contacted me to arrange airport transfers, assist with check-in, turn on the underfloor heating in advance, and provide local sightseeing recommendations. The hotel has a great viewing location, the view of the roof terrace is completely unobstructed, standing here can face Nanga Bawa and the sea of clouds, luckily you can see the snow-capped mountains slowly revealing from the clouds and mist, and the scenery is shocking. The hotel is near the airport and has a unique location, suitable for transit passengers. We booked a flash stay, and the front desk manager upgraded us from a king room to a deluxe king room, gave us breakfast, and gave our children a yak doll.
