She's incredibly responsive and offers super thoughtful advice; she's not the type to be clueless. The rooms are a perfect blend of design and stunning views; the view from the window is like a painting. The best part is the constant temperature and humidity! The moment I stepped inside on a rainy day, I went from being soaked to feeling dry and comfortable. I recommend borrowing a traditional ******* outfit from the hotel to take photos at the nearby Galang Palace ruins. My child was so reluctant to leave, asking if we could stay another night.

The hotel was fantastic! Clean, hygienic, well-equipped, comfortable bedding, a plentiful breakfast, and attention to detail. The rooftop observation deck offered a superb view of Namcha Barwa. The hotel provided complimentary ******* clothing, Rhodiola rosea tea, coffee, and snacks. The TV had many channels, and the service was exceptional. A lovely receptionist named Tashi Chodron was particularly attentive and made guests feel right at home. In short, you can book this hotel without hesitation; you won't regret it.

The hotel has convenient parking, cleanliness, and the room is very large and comfortable. I stayed another night directly after checking in. It is also convenient to eat and shop around.

In fact, I really feel that I was cheated. The comment area is well received ～～ I don't know why so many people give such a high rating. In my opinion, it is not worth the price at all. After a third reduction, I guess I may consider it again. First of all, from the view of the hotel, it is on the observation deck No. 2 in the scenic spot. It is exactly the same as the view seen in the % cafe. You can see a part of Nanga Bawa, not as wide as the view of Sosong Village; Secondly, the hardware and software of this hotel are not worthy of this price at all. I can feel that the service staff is working hard to do a good job. Although the attitude is very good, it is slightly rusty. There is an afternoon tea delivery in Trip.com , and the hotel did not tell me. It's so wasteful. The most important thing is the hardware facilities. The room has no floor heating. If you want to turn on the air conditioner, you can understand that you need to turn on the air conditioner. Then there is the bathroom, from the floor to the countertop look quite shabby, either bad, or I don't know how to set this price. The ******* style ambiance is authentic, and the overall atmosphere is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, with soft and comfortable bedding, complete and well-equipped facilities, and a consistently reliable hot water supply, making for a warm and reassuring stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, with efficient and quick check-in and check-out. They responded patiently and promptly to any needs, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast is particularly abundant, including a butter tea experience. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, providing a fantastic stay. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Nyingchi, and I highly recommend it. They even gave me a complimentary handmade peach blossom pastry upon departure, which made up for my missed visit to the Nyingchi Peach Blossom Festival. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is very new, situated on a small hill, offering a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. Numerous restaurants and shops are located just down the hill, making it very convenient. Ample parking is available, and there's even a small garden in the courtyard. The rooms are spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing Namcha Barwa Peak. The rooms are fully equipped and well-maintained, featuring smart technology throughout, underfloor heating, a diffused oxygen supply system, and a humidifier. The blankets are thick and warm, and the shower has a strong water pressure and plenty of hot water, complete with a bathroom heater – very comfortable. There are also many adorable kittens.

When checking in, the boss said that the sheets and quilts were changed, and the room was not cleaned. Please understand that we didn't say much when we thought that it was not good to recruit people during the Spring Festival. We have breakfast in the room, but the breakfast given by the boss is bread + Master Kang mini instant noodles. At that time, I laughed at it. I stayed in the hotel for more than ten years. I had instant noodles for breakfast for the first time. We can't provide breakfast. Can't we not have breakfast this option? We went to the street for breakfast at our own expense, Entering the room, I saw that adding mineral water to each bottle would cost an additional three yuan. At that time, I was so crying and laughing. We set the room, and no one cleaned the room. The boss let us understand. As a result, adding Nongfu Spring mineral water would cost an additional three yuan a bottle. Going to wash clothes, seeing the messy display of the laundry room, the mountain of garbage in the aisle, and the hygiene of the elevator. Really, living in such a hotel feels uncomfortable.

Everything about the service, hotel environment, and facilities was fantastic! My only regret was that the power cut out automatically at 8:50 AM, even though I was planning to check out at 9 AM. The front desk strongly denied doing it, so it might have been a system issue. This minor glitch won't stop me from staying here again.
