The feeling of staying in this hotel is just like the name of the hotel, which makes people "sigh".
I booked a view room and stayed for three nights. On the first night, there was no Wi-Fi, no hot water for bathing, no free water, and no kettle. Then the hotel that gave feedback, the hotel changed the room on the first floor, there is no view and it is just above the street shop, it is a bit noisy every day until around 11 o'clock in the evening.
The second day was passed smoothly, but the room with a view that cost more than 2,500 a night turned into an ordinary room without a view that cost less than 2,000.
It was a sad reminder on the third night. The room that had been changed once again started to have no hot water to take a shower. Even the front desk said that I can only blame my bad luck.
I don't know if it's luck or something wrong with the hotel itself. A female receptionist also said that there is no Wi-Fi on the third floor and she hasn't heard feedback from guests...
Alas, sigh again and again! This level of more than 2,500 RMB a night
The hotel is really a pit, and it is not recommended for everyone to enter the pit.
Let me show you the comparison of the view outside the window after changing the room. The hotel said that the room is the same and will not refund the price difference.

Beautiful view and particular hotel with mostly 10 rooms. The only issue is the entrance door was locked when I came back late. But easily solved by contacting the receptionist.

No air conditioning made for very hot and stuffy rooms. We spent as little time in the rooms as possible because it was so uncomfortable. Everything else was top notch - room service was excellent (10 out of 10) - the rooms were nicely decorated and appointed. Staff was friendly and all spoke English well. Location is excellent and having its own boat dock is convenient.

This is a typical yet fabulous hotel in the middle of Venice. The staff are excelllent, it is located right on the water and so you can get your water taxi to take you right to the door from the airport. The in room breakfast is a real treat too, we will be back there 😁
