Receptionist checked us in and out smoothly. The view of the room is great in both day and night. Bathroom is great and would be better if there is tooth brush and paste provided. Breakfast included is nice and they serve nice coffee, Nutella, fruits and drinks. Food and beverage servers and everyone there are friendly.

The location of Hotel L'Orologio was excellent in a Deluxe Double Room with Canal View. Lovely! A 1 minute walk through Rialto Market and the water taxi. Also, so easy to catch water taxi at Rialto Mercato stop, get off in 2 stops going towards airport, and then hopping on the Alilaguna to the Airport. Fast and inexpensive. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with fresh, crisp linens. The view of the canal was an extra bonus! Breakfast which was included was one of the best with a large selection and the best service ever! I contacted the hotel when I returned home because I left an item in my room and they were so fast to get back to me with instructions. The best staff ever!

Justo lo que esperaba, y un poco más. Excelente el estado de restauración del edificio. El Hotel cuenta con muy buenas amenidades, el servicio de restaurant y bar es muy bueno y muy acogedor. El ambiente que da la chimenea nos encantó, muy acogedor.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff is very accomodating and professional. I really appreciate the staff assisting us getting in and out of the water taxi. How thougtful! Good location in Venice and right at the canal for easy access to a water taxi. The hotel has a lovely breakfast with a very pleasant staff. I miss my morning cappuccino! The hotel bar is a nice plus after a long day of sightseeing as it is nice to relax with a beverage. The bartender was very nice and made excellent drinks. Our canal room was lovely and we did not experience the noise issues that some reviews reported. The room was a nice size with an actual bathtub. The room had a fridge with water for purchase. The bed was comfy. I would suggest some nicer pillows if I had to find anything to change. Overall a lovely stay w a very pleasant staff! Ciao Venezia!
