No okay hotel/room whatsoever could EVER excuse such bad behaviour from an older man (staff from reception) yelling at a full-paying guest just because of a conversational language misunderstanding. ABSOLUTE NO GO; SHAME ON YOU, mister! NO RECOMMODATION - NEVER EVER AGAIN !

Las instalaciones están viejas y sucias. Hay que subir dos pisos de escaleras estrechas para llegar a las habitaciones, que están bastante destartaladas y no tienen ningún servicio (ni tele ni aire acondicionado). Hasta las contraventanas cierran mal y no hablemos de la puerta, que encaja tan mal que entra la luz del pasillo durante toda la noche. Elegimos la habitación con baño privado, que es minúsculo y muy destartalado, además de que las toallas son como lijas y dejaron una sola dosis de gel para dos días, por no hablar de los bichos aplastados en el techo, el moho de la ducha y la mampara rota. No hacen limpieza diaria, y la habitación no estaba muy limpia que digamos.
Como para no volver.

Nice location, walkable to the nice spots of Venice! The hotel is old and has a moldy smell. The stairs are steep to get all your luggages up to your room, be mindful of this if you have mobility issues or with many bags. The young man receptionist is welcoming.

Smelly building, with bed that was like a rock. Soar throath after one night, believe there is mold in the building. Not recommending. Terrible. Had to cancel stay after one night and change hotel.

Nous étions dans la chambre no 9 qui comporte une sdd et wc prive. Alors comment dire .... chambre propre, serviettes de bain changées 1 jour sur 2, bonne literie, quartier calme. Ceci résume les points positifs de cet établissement ... car de l'autre côté on peut citer ... difficile à trouver, hotel défraîchi, chambre au 2d sans ascenseur via cage d'escaliers étroite, chambre exiguë, sdd pour lilliputiens, pas de climatisation, pas de TV, pas de WiFi, et surtout 2 gros points noirs : la bataille des moustiques durant la nuit et le fait d 'être à côté du WC commun du 2d ou l'insonorisation étant telle qu à chaque passage (et il y en a) on est réveillé... tout ca pour la modique somme de 140 €/la nuit. A vous de voir ...
