Nice, clean hotel in the center of Venice but located in a quiet part of Zentru. Sufficient breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. All major attractions within walking distance. Possibility of storing luggage upon departure.

I booked this hotel and I must say that I was very satisfied with the choice Very kind staff, super welcoming, excellent breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory products, well-cleaned rooms of different categories and each room has something special, excellent location, 5 minutes from Rialto Another thing that I really appreciated was the self check in or the arrival without time constraints the day before I was contacted by the girl at the reception who provided me with all the necessary information and the codes to enter the structure

Super pleasant with its jacuzzi and practical because of its location.
Small downside for the breakfast which is too industrial, no local specialty.

Clean but quite small room.Great choice of continental breakfast options.Good location-walkable to Rialto and St Marks square. Difficult access to room up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. No elevator but has chair lift which can be used to bring up luggage. However after 2 pm the hotel staff are not on premises so no instructions how to use chairlift! Also beware if coming from St. Lucia rail station you need to cross multiple bridges with steps which is near impossible with heavy luggage so best to catch water taxi, around 60 Euros!

Mixed experience for us No permanent reception we had to wait a good 15 minutes before seeing the receptionist Room named soft very very noisy (caused by a bar very close under the arcades with a very strong resonance) Very good location well decorated room and jacuzzi/bath excellent 3/5 due to noise
