酒店內設施很乾凈，裝修很新，設施還是比較有質感的。
很温暖！
不過酒店的接待處是要上一個長樓梯才能到的，介意的小夥伴可以避開。

3泊でした。設備がとても良かったです。
少し遅く到着する連絡を事前に予約アプリから送ったのですが、スタッフには届かなかったようでした。到着の際に、担当のスタッフが帰宅を急いでいたようで、チェックインの説明がとても慌しい感じでした。そのせいで、4日目のチェックアウトもスムーズではなかったです（同じスタッフでした）。
でも、2日目と3日目のスタッフの対応はとてもプロフェッショナルで、素晴らしかったです。
お茶やラッテ、ヤシのケーキが美味しかったです。
本当にありがとうございました！！

Lovely hotel slightly outside the main tourist area of Venice but still only a short walk away.
Room was spacious and very in keeping with city in terms of grandeur.
Very helpful host who looked after our bags post checkout so we could keep exploring.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location between the station and Rialto, good breakfast to set you up for a long days sightseeing and clean spacious rooms. Highly recommended
