The hotel is located near the train station, the area is good. You can walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and other attractions of Paris. Of the minuses, the air conditioner temperature needs to be adjusted at the reception; it cannot be changed above/below the already set one. The checkout process is too long.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is wonderful. Only a few minutes from the train station and a vaporetto station practically right outside the door. There are also bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The room (single room in the attic) is very small, spartanly furnished, has a steep staircase and the ceiling is very low, so that I, at 1.80m, could not stand upright. The bathroom is also tiny. If you are tall or very corpulent, it will be difficult. I hit my knees on the wall when I was sitting on the toilet. After I arrived, I found hair on the floor and dust that was more than a day old. Which I found pretty disgusting. After I told the host, my room was cleaned immediately and after that it was fine. I was given a "tassa di Soggiorno" as an apology. That was very nice. Sergio was friendly, but not overly so, as I had already read in other reviews. I did not get to experience the famous Italian friendliness and kindness. The lovingly prepared breakfast by Marcella is particularly excellent. She is a very nice host who provided me with everything I needed. She also gave me tips on what to see. Thank you, Marcella, for that. 😊 Venice is a breathtakingly beautiful city and I will definitely come back. But I will choose a different accommodation!

The room (single room under the attic) is very small, spartan, the furniture is almost falling apart, with a steep staircase and the ceiling is very low, so that I couldn't stand upright at 1.80m. And it's very noisy. You hear from the guests in. Neighboring room pretty much everything. The bathroom is also tiny. If you are tall or very corpulent, it becomes difficult. I hit my knees on the wall as I sat on the toilet. After I arrived I found hair on the floor and dust that wasn't even a day old. Which I found pretty disgusting. Unfortunately I cannot upload any photos for this. After I told the host, my room was cleaned immediately and it was fine after that. However, the landlord assumed that I had put the hair there myself. That's a disgrace and doesn't work at all!! You probably can't handle criticism here!! I received a negative review on Airbnb. Sergio was very unfriendly and arrogant. I didn't get to experience the famous Italian friendliness. Marcella, on the other hand, is a very nice host who provided me with everything I needed. Also tips on what you should see. Venice is a breathtakingly beautiful city and I will definitely come back. But I will choose another accommodation!!

Piccolo B&B nel cuore di Venezia, camere curate, pulite e caratteristiche (materasso comodissimo). Bagno pulitissimo con doccia, asciugamani morbidissimi e caldo. Colazione buona, varia e abbondante. La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile. Complimenti! Consigliatissimo!
