Ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per visitare la città. Stanza vista canale bellissima e silenziosissima nonostante sia a pochi passi dal centro. Pulizia ottima e colazione (servita in camera) altrettanto! Se dovessimo tornare a Venezia soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.

We’ve got so lucky to find that B&B for our short weekend in Venice! Absolutely great location in a very quite area, but at the same time extremely close to the very city center. The service is simply amazing, very helpful and friendly. A room was of a great comfort, and breakfasts were huge and delicious! The owner/manager made a cake in the evening on spot…just unbelievable smell, and taste in the morning! Great experience! Many thanks❤️

I booked a room during the Easter holiday period, a few days before I was contacted by the owner who informed me that due to force majeure she was forced to temporarily close the structure. I was immediately reimbursed for the stay and also for the train tickets for which, although I did not stay, I feel like confirming the seriousness and fairness shown by the owners. Advised
