Small, quaint boutique style hotel with only a few rooms. Location is great and service is even better. Thoughtful amenities like tea and snacks. Highly recommended for couples as it has a romantic feel. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Super chambre avec un decor venitien!!! Rien a dire parfait!!!la proprete,le service,la salle de bain avec baignoire!vue sur un petit canal.bien chauffee appreciable avec les 2 degres dehors!!! Et surtout ne ratez pas le restaurant en dessous super!!!

I had tried to book the bigger room with a full bath and views over the canal, but it was already booked so I wasn’t really sure what our we would be like, but to be pleasantly surprised is an understatement 😀 The decor is amazing and there were 4 small balconies in the communial area that you share with another room, although we barely saw the other couple. It’s so central and literally 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge (closer water buses/taxis/gondolas) and same from St Marks square. We even arrived to complimentary Prosecco and the lady who showed us around was lovely 🥂 We we’re surprised to see the wardrobes so high, but there was a pole to lift the hangers down with which was surprisingly easy. There’s just an air conditioning unit outside the window, but the views over the canal from the communial area more than compensate. Also even though breakfast wasn’t included they gave us sealed croissants and snacks for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!! Grazie 🥰
