Venice Apartments

Firstly, you have to check in and get the key from another location, 10 minutes from there (adding up the round trip is a 20-minute walk), the staff are extremely arrogant and rude, they say they have luggage storage but it's also in the check-in area, (20 mim walking adding up to 4 bridges with stairs for you to climb up and down carrying your luggage.) The bathroom is outside the room, shared, the shower is terrible and the bathroom stinks of a public toilet, the room doesn't have a mirror. It's not worth the cost. I deeply regretted it. Primeiramente voce precisa fazer o checkin e buscar a chave em outro local, 10 minutos de la (somando ida e volta sao 20 minutos de caminhada), os atendentes sao extremamentes arrogantes e mal educados, eles dizem que tem deposito de malas, mas o deposito tbm fica no local do checkin, (somando 4 pontes com escada para voce subir e descer levando as malas.) O banheiro é fora do quarto, compartilhado, chuveiro péssimo e banheiro fedendo a banheiro publico , o quarto nao tem um espelho. Não vale o custo beneficio. Me arrependi profundamente de ter ficado la.

great location but it’s cheaper for a reason

This hotel has very misleading photos of the actual room. The chances you'll receive something very different from what you booked are high. The hotel is in a great location, sure it's pretty close to a few bars so noise can be a factor at night, especially during the weekends but that's not a big deal for me. The room however gave us a sofa bed which was not what I expected. So the bed turned out to be terrible to sleep on. The towels they gave are more like table cloths which were very strange but the worst part of my stay was BED BUGS! Unfortunately, the hotel is not very clean, and they do not do daily housekeeping besides changing your towels and clearing your trash. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else. Stay at your own peril!

The property was listed as an Apar**ent but it can hardly be classified as one. Secondly, the check in is at another Hotel which was inconvenient as the property was further away from it. The apar**ent was located in an alley and was noisy till late in the night. It was not worth the price at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Venice apar**ents! It was lovely to be able to stay in such a central part of Venice with so many restaurants nearby, but not too central to the point where it was super crowded. We loved being able to use AC as well as to have our own kitchen. Communication at the front desk was great, and we were able to get some lovely recommendations from the nice man at the front desk.
