The hotel was good , good service . Very clean . Mauritzio was so kind and helpful , they provide many welcome goods . Enough water and snacks for us . Good view in the rooftop . Near to everything but quiet.

Posto molto centrale a due passi dal ponte di rialto ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Hotel da poco ristrutturato, veramente molto bello e accogliente. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante in camera e la terrazza è davvero favolosa. Consigliatissimo

À recommander cette endroit, le host était très accueillant. Emplacement parfaite et prend de tout. Dommage que du a un changement de nos vols nous avons perdu une nuitée à Venise qui nous on pas remboursé. Merci

This stay was lovely! Such a quiet spot to stay, very private with a lovely balcony. Service was lovely and would recommend to friends to Stay here :)

Small but comfortable and modern room with great common area kitchen and rooftop patio. Mauricio is a great host and the guest house was centrally located ( a few minutes away from the Rialto bridge area). There are two flights of stairs that you need to walk to access the room from the ground floor. There is no elevator.

La finestra sulle Beccarie è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare a Venezia. Camere spaziose e dotate di ogni confort. Cucina a disposizione degli ospiti. Possibilità di usufruire dell’altana con vista mozzafiato sui tetti di Venezia a 360 gradi sia per la colazione, per un aperitivo romantico al tramonto o per la cena. La cura e la professionalità , la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Maurizio lasciano davvero senza parole. Grazie di tutto, peccato essere rimasti solo una notte ma ci rifaremo a Novembre! Alla prossima

Ours day at the property was a very welcoming and fulfilling time. It was close to the city and main attraction. We really enjoy every part of our stay. The property offered so many things.
