Beautiful Inn! Central near San Marco and a few minutes from the Biennale. The rooms are perfectly clean and typical Venetian, the staff is very kind and professional, highly recommended!

Booked the day before arriving, good price, very nice location in a quiet area and close to everything. Few rooms distributed over several floors; we stayed in a comfort double room. To get there from the station it takes a 40 minute walk through the streets of Venice (or by vaporetto). The owner was very kind and helpful in giving us directions and making sure we had the room ready for our arrival. There is free wifi throughout the hotel and a small internal garden with tables where you can have breakfast in the morning (not included in the price and not provided) or spend some time in the evening. There is a water kettle and a coffee maker in the room. To make it perfect I would replace the plastic plants in the garden with real ones and I would specify on the site that it is not a B&B as breakfast is not provided even with a supplement. If we return to Venice it will be one of our first choices.

Good location. Freshly renovated rooms. No staffed reception. No breakfast. Attention, the homepage is misleading here. No response to inquiries even after repeating them several times. 1x no room cleaning. Shower clogged. Toilet paper had to be bought yourself. Overall poor service for the price.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti. All’arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere, con altre 2 coppie, più di mezz’ora in quanto il receptionist non era presente. Lo stesso ci ha dato anche una stanza errata. Il giorno seguente ci ha dato la stanza corretta: definirla fané è un eufemismo. Il bagno poi presentava umidità e distacco dell’intonaco ovunque. Non vi sono neppure i copri frutti degli interruttori. Francamente mi sono sentito derubato. Non consiglio.
