From St Lucia train station, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. Venice is full of scenery, the alleys, bridges, rivers, and boats are all beautiful. The hotel itself booked a small suite, and the room and breakfast were pretty good.

The hotel has a nice location in the center of Venice and nice rooms but their service is terrible ** at the front desk did not try to help us with toothbrushes as he didn't seem willing to answer calls from any of the hotel staff who needed help with the room I was more interested in what time you were leaving and called you at 12 noon to tell you that if I couldn’t see you for 10 minutes, you would be charged for an extra night. I had a bad attitude and was rude and threatened you repeatedly and hung up the phone forcefully. I don’t think they were. Trying to run a 4 star hotel but the biggest prison in Venice. Funny thing is the front desk guy really wants to tell you what the law is but he doesn't know much about it himself. Overall good facilities. Bad service if you're angry today. If you really want to find someone to quarrel with, this hotel is a good choice for you.

Modern, stylish, very clean, great facilities. From Sta Lucia Train Termini is only approx 10 mins(slow) walk away…and centre of San Marco is 10-15 mins away. Staff were extremely helpful and they’re happy to assist in any way. A real gem in Venice! I can highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, overall is clean and the location is very nice. You may find a lot of restaurant around the hotel and is very convenient to go to the nearest water-bus.
