We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Great communication prior to arrival, very polite and helpful staff, very clean room (white sheets and fresh towels every day), great breakfast which is now 10 euros and worth every penny. OK the bathroom was a little on the snug side and shower cubicle may be an issue if you are on the larger size, but there was always hot water, toiletries supplied and we had no issues. The area is very quiet at night. You do need to walk for about 10 mins to get to a choice of bars and restaurants but the closest bar is The Corner Pub (couple of mins away) which is great for drinks and cicchetti. When next visiting Venice we will definitely consider coming back to Ca Zose and would recommend it.

A really nice hotel that is a (lovely) ten minute walk from St Mark's Square. Nearby pubs etc. but in a great quiet spot. Staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable. Would recommend to couples.

Prior to your stay, they will contact you to give you directions to get there, whether from the train station or the airport.
All the staff very friendly and helpful. Well located. The only but, the room is very small. There were 3 of us and the suitcases barely fit.

This is a cute little boutique hotel. The girl who greeted is very kind. Several restaurants and shops nearby. They have very good croissants and coffee in the morning. Very clean. Hotels,com said there was laundry facilities, but they do not. Would definitely recomend this sweet little inn.

Hotel with a bad location, the receptionist very friendly; The room had a sewage smell, the bathroom smelled horrible and I couldn't shower with hot water because it was freezing all the time. I called the reception and no one answered.
