Wanted to like Domus Coiliota , it just kept disappointing. -the room was hot over 25.5 . We asked, no ac , no fans nothing until summer. -we asked to switch rooms, not an option . -Breakfast one day good , next day not . -mold in bathroom & fridge.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura con un’amica L’albergo, pur trovandosi in posizione centrale, è fatiscente e sporco. Il personale è scortese. Venerdì sera alle 23.30, ci ha accolto il portiere di notte, peraltro palesemente infastidito, scalzo e con i piedi sulla scrivania. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Il nostro bagno, nonostante le pulizia della mattina, era sporco Le stanze sono trascurate e vecchie. La colazione misera e dozzinale. Peccato perché ci aveva incuriosito la descrizione che parlava di una struttura che era un vecchio monastero. Pessimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Very basic hotel. Barely any bedding, no safe or fridge in room, tiny shower and products. Stiff beds and pillows. Only booked as we needed somewhere to sleep coming into Venice at 11pm. "Breakfast" was cold hard boiled eggs, some meat slices and stiff croissants - we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. Budget hotel for sure - would not recommend.

Points positifs: l'emplacement, lit confortable, tranquilité, petit déjeuner à volonté
Points négatifs: sol en pente forte et trous dans le sol, douche avec moisissure, porte qui ne ferme pas, pommeau sale avec moisissures et calcaire, la bonde d'évacuation est sale et n'évacue pas l'eau correctement qui s'accumule dès le début de la douche, eau du robinet, tantôt trouble, tantot limpide; volet ne ferme pas, le chauffage ne baisse pas autant que l'on souhaite

Camera piccola e non insonorizzata, arredamento un po' datato, cuscino sporco di muffa, doccino rotto, posizione abbastanza centrale. Comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli (anche se in un scantinato, che si potrebbe pulire) Colazione buona, nulla di eccezionale.
