Structure located in a strategic and suggestive point, very close to the Rialto Bridge. The staff is very attentive to customer needs and available at any time. In the apartment in which I stayed, which was also very beautiful, there was unfortunately a very strong smell of mold which persisted even with the windows open but, as soon as I reported the problem, I was immediately assigned another apartment which was even more beautiful and comfortable than the one. previous. Stayed here with a group of friends. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. It was decently clean and very spacious. The freezer part of the fridge was covered in inches of frost. It needed a serious defrosting, but we didn’t really need it. I did all the paperwork and paid ahead so we would get the code without having to check in at the separate hotel, but did not receive the code until after check in time and after several phone calls. That was the only real issue we had. Great location!

The apartment was large and clean. The two bedroom /two bath could easily be used for an extended stay. There is a grocery store nearby as well as coffee/pastry shop and a restaurant. Very close to the water bus stop. The main door was a bit hard to find and on a dark side street. We went the long way and it felt sketchy, however if you go from the well lit street of shops (running parallel to the canal) the entrance door is much closer. Make arrangements to pay your stay ahead of arrival so you don’t have to go to the hotel first to pay. All the locks are codes. No services on site.
